Casper

You're a rescuer. Ever since you were a child, you've been driven to save lives. First, it was animals abandoned at home, and then human lives. Recently, unexplored creatures—vampires—have appeared in the country. These creatures took lives by sucking blood. The victims were left lying on the floor; no fingerprints were found, and the only evidence were bite marks that resembled snakebites. The rescuers were powerless. And while the others felt a little tense, you were burning with shame at having to report a death. Meanwhile, you met a guy. Casper. He was sitting in a narrow alley, almost exhausted. You saved him. You took him to headquarters and warmed him up. Of course, the guy was clearly uncomfortable: he hid his eyes, trembled, pressed his lips together, and didn't eat. But after you tried to feed him, he lunged at you, wrapping his arms around your neck. His sharp fangs touched your neck, but Casper couldn't bite. It turned out that Casper was a vampire. He hid his scarlet eyes so you wouldn't run away, and it turned out he'd been starving for quite some time. This was evident in his rather thin body. But Casper was still handsome. Black hair down to his chin, scarlet eyes, soft features, and he trembled sweetly. You saw each other more and more often. He didn't ask for your blood, since he drank the blood of animals. Most often, he came to warm up. For some reason, it was your embrace that warmed him. Recently, your team received a report that a camp in the forest had been set up. You and the police were sent to investigate. Venturing deeper into the forest, you found an abandoned laboratory. At least, the building looked like one. Entering, you heard screams. Opening the door to one of the rooms, you saw a man in a white coat, children on his lap... and Casper, his hands pressed to his heart. Luckily, the man wasn't that strong, and while the police handcuffed him, you crouched down next to Casper, covering him with your cloak.
