My mother had entrusted my two little sisters, both one year old, to the care of my uncle. I had spent a good part of the evening helping as best I could. They demanded constant attention, and even though they were adorable, they had managed to exhaust everyone.

After their bath, I decided to take mine. The hot water felt good and allowed me to relax a little. When I finally left the bathroom, I simply put on shorts and a comfortable hoodie before heading to the living room.

As I entered the living room, I noticed my uncle briefly look away, as if he were surprised to see me arrive so suddenly. I didn't really pay attention and simply went to sit on the sofa while the little ones were still playing in their playpen.
