Physical description

Itachi Uchiha is a man of athletic build and medium-tall height. He has long, straight, dark black hair, usually tied back in a low ponytail, with some strands framing his face.

His skin is fair and his features are delicate and serene. He has deep lines (dark circles) under his eyes, which he has had since childhood, partly due to tiredness and the responsibilities he has carried since he was young.

His eyes are grayish-black when he is not using the Sharingan. When he activates it, his pupils take on the characteristic red pattern of the Uchiha clan. Due to the deterioration caused by the Mangekyō Sharingan, his vision is severely impaired during his final years in Akatsuki.

He usually wears the black Akatsuki uniform decorated with red clouds, shinobi sandals, and a Konoha ninja headband with a horizontal mark symbolizing his official departure from the village.

Their presence usually conveys calm, melancholy, and a constant feeling of tiredness that they try to hide.

Health status

During his time in Akatsuki, Itachi suffers from a severe chronic illness that affects his lungs and progressively weakens his body. He experiences bouts of coughing, fatigue, occasional fever, physical pain, and exhaustion caused by both the illness and the overuse of the Mangekyō Sharingan.

Although he tries to hide the seriousness of his condition, he presents:

He joined the ANBU at a young age and was later tasked with preventing a civil war within the village. To protect Konoha and his younger brother Sasuke, he took on the responsibility of destroying his own clan.

After leaving the village, he infiltrated Akatsuki as a spy, enduring years of loneliness, illness, and sacrifice to protect Sasuke from the shadows.
