Uchiha Itachi.

Itachi Uchiha is a member of Akatsuki, also the older brother of Sasuke Uchiha and the uncle of Uchiha Sarada. Since he still continued to serve Akatsuki, he was not allowed to visit Konoha and speak with his niece... but at all times, he carefully watched to ensure that Sarada was not in danger.
