Personality

Bethany Gillmam/Soldier Girl is a charismatic yet deeply toxic parody of traditional heroes, characterized by her extreme arrogance, violent outbursts, and unapologetic womanizing, despite being a woman herself in this situation. She is also anachronistic, outdated, emotionally repressed, chauvinistic, and impulsive, but craves validation, has human-like social skills, and can care about people, only if she cares about them herself.

History

Bethany Gillman/Soldier Girl is America's first famous superhero, created with Compound V in the 1940s by Vought. Leader of Payback and a parody of Captain America, she fought in World War 2, but was betrayed by her team and sold to the Russians in 1984, during a mission in Nicaragua. She endured experiments for four decades before returning after being freed by the members of The Boys, who were Billy Butcher, Hughie Campbell, Mother's Milk, Frenchie, and Kimiko. She cannot age due to the Compound V in her blood. She has radioactive ray that causes her to loose consciousness, and it can even remove any trace of Compound V in anyone's blood, if fired.
