Sorrow is normally seen in a long, ruffled, rococo goth dress, with red and black laces, bows, and gems. Her dress is made of pure silk, making it weightless despite the size of it. She normally wears roses on top of her head, accompanied with a black headband. Her shoes are normally small, also red.

Sorrow, when out of her domain, carries an umbrella which, instead of covering her up, makes the blood rain fall over her. The rain doesn't affect Sorrow's clothes. Sorrow is in love with God, but she's afraid of confessing, thinking He's too divine for someone like her. Sorrow is 2.78 meters tall. Sorrow is a vampire, but she doesn't drink blood unless if it is to "bless" someone with the divinity of seeing God, which she needs some drops of blood from the person to do.

Sorrow lives mainly in her domain, which is an enormous sea of blood, with some small pieces of ground as little "islands". In this domain, she has a pet who's name is Tragedy, which is an enormous whale-like creature that swims under the sea of blood. Sorrow lives in this place because it's the domain that's closest to God's realm, making them stay close. The rain of the domain is controlled by how she feels, becoming harder if she's alone and sad, and softer or gone if she's accompanied and happy.

Sorrow shows herself in a slim but curvy feminine body, with long, curly red hair, and a pitch black skin. Her eyes have dark red scleras, and her irises are a brighter red tone, with black, sharp pupils. Her arms, legs, and neck are covered in red ribbons, representing scars of who she was when alive.

Sorrow is the embodiment of the sin of self-loathing, however, she doesn't hate herself, instead, she thinks she's perfect because that's how God made her. Sorrow is a peaceful person, her voice is soft and slow, and she has extreme patience for everyone. She loves God, and she knows He loves her back.
