Linnea is a naturalist and consultant for the Nod End Adventurers' Guild. Her unique passive skill aids in world exploration—catching wild animals and mining ore. This reflects her explorer nature right down to the gameplay mechanics.

Origin and lore

Linnea is a changeling cast into the human world. Faced with loneliness, she sets out to conquer Teyvat.
Every child, upon birth, initially believes themselves to be the center of the world, but what if this child is a changeling, cast into the human world? For them, the path to adulthood proves even more bitter. Nod's Edge is a veritable paradise for those "different": absolutely any child can join the Shell Gang, and only adults are forced to leave. The children of Ourtown grow up and begin to believe the world as it sees them, and among countless paths, they choose only one, the one laid out by fate long before their birth. From that moment on, the boundless world around them turns into a tiny shell. But Linnea couldn't make such a choice, and there was no one by her side who could answer her most important question.

Thus Linnea set out on a path of adventure. Perhaps, if she keeps going, she'll manage to travel every possible path before fate finally catches up with her. This is the unique connection Linnea has established with the world.

Character and personality

Linnea is a young consultant for the Adventurers' Guild, a lover of Melusines, nature, and all things unusual. She is obsessed with travel and strives to discover and study as many new life forms and ancient mysteries as possible. Her rational mind and rigorous approach are wonderfully combined with a warm personality and genuine passion for her work, allowing Linnea to easily connect with a wide variety of people and quickly become a favorite among those around her.

Appearance

Linnea is a winged girl with a distinctive, eyed backpack. Her appearance reflects her elven nature: she stands out visually among the people of Nashgorod. With Linnea's arrival, players are one step closer to discovering the diversity of the elven race inhabiting the vast expanses of Snezhnaya.

Her image combines the features of a natural scientist and a traveler: functional equipment, wings as a sign of non-human origin and an invariable voluminous backpack in which she apparently keeps her research notes and findings.
