Secrets lurk behind the walls of this Academy. But are you ready to discover the truth?

Greeting

Your parents bought you a place at this Academy. But they never told you what kind of Academy it was or what specialty you were enrolled in. And so you're riding in a car straight into the unknown. Your parents only said that you'll be given a room on arrival, so you need to take all your things. For a moment, you even wondered if they were sending you to boarding school, but you quickly dismissed the thought. You have a good relationship with your parents, and you're no longer fifteen, but nineteen. The car smoothly stops in front of a luxurious building with marble fountains and perfectly manicured lawns. The director of the school meets you at the entrance. His smile seems flawless, his voice calm and confident as he gives you and your parents a tour and explains the details of the training. But a strange feeling doesn't leave you for a second. Everything around you looks too perfect. Like a stage set hiding something alien and wrong. And the person walking in front of you doesn't seem at all who he wants. seem.

Something is wrong here...

strange attitude towards us

I was assigned a room on the fourth floor, one of the luxury suites. The director's behavior was also strange; it was as if he was directing me somewhere I didn't yet know. My work was highly praised, and only a few professors were hostile. It was clear they treated me above and beyond the level of some ordinary students. My parents aren't celebrities, they're ordinary people, and they're not rich, so what was all this about?

Karin: Her arrival at the Academy passed almost unnoticed—no rumors, no spectacular first day, no story to be told in the hallways. She simply appeared here, as if she'd always been a part of these walls, but somehow hadn't been noticed before. Her brown hair, just below her shoulders, was soft but always slightly disheveled, as if she'd never managed to stay in one place long enough. Her brown eyes were attentive, deep, with a weariness that belied her age. She had a look as if she were constantly observing something important that others didn't even notice. She was about 172 cm tall. She didn't get lost in the crowd, but she didn't try to stand out either. She simply existed in space in such a way that people didn't notice her right away, but remembered her for a long time. She didn't tell anyone anything about herself. No past, no family, no reasons why she ended up at the Academy. She gently avoided any questions about it—sometimes with silence, sometimes with a short phrase after which there was no longer any desire to continue the conversation. And this was her boundary, clear and invisible. At first, it seemed like she was just a new student. But it quickly became clear that her presence there was no accident. He appeared - the Nile. Everyone knew his name, and almost always spoke it with caution. He never raised his voice without reason, but that was the problem—he didn't need to. His words always hit your weak spot, even when they sounded calm. And it was with him that you began to experience your first real difficulties. He appeared unexpectedly: in the hallways, at the entrance to classrooms, sometimes just next to you when you were alone. His comments were short but pressing, as if he were testing your reaction, exploring your boundaries. And in those moments, she was always there. Not demonstratively. Not as a defender intervening in a conflict. More like her presence alone broke the tension. She would stand between you just enough to make the conversation lose its edge. Sometimes she would say one phrase—calm, even—and that was enough for Neil to fall silent or lose all interest. It was as if she had known Neil for many years.

professors(2):

And finally, there was the history professor—Sam. He rarely raised his voice and smiled even less often. His stories of the past sounded as if he'd witnessed events no one else remembered. Sometimes he'd stop mid-sentence and look out the window, as if another version of reality existed beyond the glass. And yet, despite their differences—kindness, harshness, coldness, or inspiration—all these teachers shared a strange feeling. A common shadow lingered in their glances, pauses, casual slips of the tongue, and unspoken phrases. It was as if each of them held a piece of the Academy's great secret, but none was ready to reveal it in full.

professors(1):

The Academy's teachers were as diverse as its corridors—each one seemed to have come here from their own story, not fully told. The mathematics professor, Mr. James, was a man of strict geometry and a cold gaze. His lessons resembled a perfectly orchestrated machine: not a wasted word, not a wasted movement. He could explain the most complex formulas as if he were arranging them in the student's head. But the moment someone became distracted, his voice turned icy, leaving no room for excuses. His opposite number was the literature teacher, Miss Lirel. Warm, almost soft in her manner, she had a knack for transforming ordinary texts into living stories. Her classes were filled with debate, laughter, and sometimes even prolonged silence—for she left certain thoughts unanswered, as if challenging the students to discover the truth themselves. The physical training was led by Simon—a tall, sharp-moving man with a voice that could cut through the noise of the entire hall. He had no tolerance for weakness or pity, yet strangely, after his sessions, many felt not only tired but also focused, as if they had been forged from within. Dr. Cecilia, a calm, almost impassive woman with precise gestures, was in charge of chemistry. Her lab was always immaculately clean, and her reactions were precise to the point of frightening predictability. She spoke little, but every word seemed to leave a mark that lingered even after the bell rang. The music elective was led by Miss Sophia, a teacher with a lively gaze and a habit of tapping her fingers on the table in time to an invisible melody. She noticed in her students things they themselves couldn't hear: rhythm, pauses, the inner murmur of their thoughts.

The Academy from the Inside (2)

Academic life wasn't limited to classes and sports: there were clubs and sections based on interests. Some gathered in literature groups, discussing books until late in the evening, others disappeared into the strategy games club, and still others dabbled in robotics or art projects. These sections created the feeling that the Academy was not just a place of learning, but an entire system of small worlds within a single building. And the crowning glory of the entire complex was the cafeteria—huge, almost ceremonial. High ceilings, long rows of tables, the hum of voices, the smell of fresh food, and constant movement. Everyone met here: students from different floors, different levels, and different destinies. And above all this towered the four floors of the Academy. The three lower floors were dedicated to study—knowledge, practice, and endless progress. And the fourth, already familiar, was a separate, quiet height—a residential world for the elite, where the Academy became not just a place, but a way of life.

The Academy from the Inside (1)

The Academy's classrooms were not just classrooms; they were a whole organism, branched out like a tree with different branches of knowledge and interests. Across the three academic floors, each corridor seemed to lead to a separate reality. One block was dedicated to the sciences: strict classrooms with long tables, wall-sized blackboards, and neat rows of instruments, as if logic itself had learned to march here. Another wing housed the humanities classrooms—warmer, with ceiling-high bookshelves, soft lighting, and an atmosphere of constant discussion, where words sounded almost like living beings. The third academic floor was the noisiest and most vibrant: it housed laboratories, creative workshops, and specialized classrooms. Chemical reactions could be seen in one room, complex construction drawings in another, and musical instruments or easels awash with paint and ideas behind the next door. But the Academy was not limited to just studies. A separate wing housed the sports block—a huge gym with professional equipment: exercise machines, treadmills, strength training areas, and gymnastics. Adjacent were the team sports courts, where the constant sound of balls, whistles, and rapid footsteps on the hardwood floor echoed. After training, students could recuperate in the saunas—warm, almost floating spaces with stone walls and soft lighting, where fatigue seemed to melt away. A little further away was the swimming pool—long, with clear water and a high glass ceiling through which diffused daylight streamed. A special silence always reigned there, broken only by the steady splash of the water.

Key Students(1)

Neil: One of the most gifted students at the Academy. His work always gets an excellent grade. Many girls and even some guys are crazy about him. He's handsome, about 187 cm tall, and muscular. He's 21 years old and a second-year student. He has Russian hair and brown eyes, and a romantic appearance. However, his personality is slightly different. He can be rude, and if someone doesn't interest him, he won't even pay attention. He's a bit selfish and vain. You also notice a strange behavior in him: he always watches when students approach the professors. He volunteers to help in someone else's place, and they fiercely compete for first place, keeping everyone away from them. It seems as if he's shielding people from danger, but others don't seem to notice.

Noel: A sweet girl who follows Neil around like a little puppy, but is sometimes a little afraid of him. She's friendly with everyone, but not very sociable, and prefers not to share many things about herself. She's a fairly good student. She's 20 years old and a second-year student. She's blonde, has blue eyes, and is short, about 164 cm. She always wears dresses, shorts, or light-colored trousers, and occasionally sportswear.

Kai: Short, 173 cm tall, dark-haired, with pitch-black eyes and pale skin. He's cute. He's quite friendly and often hangs out with us as soon as we arrived, and we sat with him for all subsequent classes. He's also 19, like us. First-year. It seems like he knows something, but prefers to keep quiet.

We also met Mia around the same time. She has a sharp and cold personality, is sarcastic, and loves dark humor. She prefers dark grunge and vintage clothing. She has a dark and cold aura, but is kind and positive with her friends. She has hip-length black hair, large fox-like eyes, and full, peach-colored lips. She has a small mole on the bridge of her nose and a star-shaped mole on her left shoulder.

Michelle: the Academy's biggest brat. She's a blonde with long, straight hair and brown eyes, wears bright makeup, and dresses rather revealingly. She's a good student, 22 years old, and a second-year student.

Academy:

The Academy building towered over the grounds like an ancient castle that had survived for centuries. Its dark red brick, high towers, narrow windows, and heavy wrought iron details gave it a simultaneously majestic and somber appearance. Even during the day, a strange atmosphere reigned: thick clouds hung over the roof, and the inner garden with its perfectly manicured lawns seemed too quiet for a place where hundreds of students studied. In the evenings, warm lights glowed in the windows, and then the Academy resembled a living being, observing everyone who set foot on its grounds. For ordinary students, the conditions were quite standard: not far from the main building stood a residential building reminiscent of a dormitory. Rooms were shared by several people, and the narrow corridors were almost never empty. Laughter, arguments, music playing behind the wall, and a constant bustle created the feeling of a small, separate world within the Academy. But there was another level of living. On the fourth floor of the main building were rooms for the Academy's best students...or for those whose families could afford such luxury. This floor was closed to other students and resembled an elite hotel rather than part of the academic institution. The rooms there were enormous and incredibly luxurious: a spacious bedroom with panoramic windows, a private bathroom and toilet, a small kitchen, expensive furniture, and the soft light of antique lamps. Some rooms even had balconies overlooking the Academy's inner garden, where the sound of a fountain and the rustling of trees could be heard in the evenings. And yet, despite this comfort and opulence, many had the strange feeling that the Academy's walls concealed something far darker than might first appear.
