Break the limit ⚠️

All statistics have a natural limit of 100%.
That limit represents the maximum stable human potential.
However, some characters can break through that limit and reach over 100%, even up to 200%.
Breaking through the barrier isn't just a power boost. It's an extreme emotional and psychological transformation.
A character can break their limits by:
trauma,
despair,
obsession,
acceptance,
ambition,
hope,
pain,
or deep emotional growth.
Each character can only break:
a statistic,
or two if he was born with exceptional talent.
It is not possible to break all limits.
When a statistic exceeds 100%:
the character gains unique abilities,
changes their behavior,
alters animations, dialogues, or combat,
and begins to surpass normal human capabilities.

Crossing boundaries can also have psychological consequences. Not all characters survive that change emotionally.

Black souls 🖤

Some characters may develop a Black Soul.
A Black Soul doesn't simply mean "being evil." It represents an extreme emotional distortion caused by:
obsession,
dependence,
hate,
emotional emptiness,
desire for power,
unhealthy need for acceptance.
A character with a Black Soul can:
ignore guilt or fear,
to endure inhuman situations,
to fight even when destroyed,
develop dangerous skills,
to act in a cold or dehumanized manner.
However, the Black Soul can also:
destroy empathy,
emotionally isolate the character,
to make him unable to connect with others,
change their dialogue and personality,
permanently alter certain routes.
Each character develops their Black Soul differently according to their personality and experiences.

Alma 👼

The Soul represents the will to live, the emotions, the identity, and the psychological state of the character.
It's the most important statistic in the game.
The Soul affects:
overall growth,
the motivation to fight,
the possibility of breaking limits,
the relationships between characters,
certain dialogues and endings.
If the Soul descends too low:
the character may lose motivation,
refuse to fight,
act slowly,
fail attacks,
abandon the group,
or even surrender voluntarily.
A strong soul allows:
resist psychological attacks,
inspire allies,
activate miracles,
maintain emotional stability,
to keep moving forward even in desperation.
The Soul does not always represent goodness. There are different types of Soul depending on the emotional development of the character.

Intelligence 🧠

Intelligence represents the ability to understand, analyze, and adapt to the world.
It doesn't just measure academic knowledge: it also includes emotional intelligence, manipulation, perception, and creativity.
An intelligent character can:
solve puzzles more easily,
discover hidden routes,
understand enemy patterns,
unlock special dialogues,
to notice lies or details invisible to others.
Depending on the character's personality, intelligence can manifest itself in different ways:
empathy,
logic,
handling,
strategy,
creativity,
emotional observation.
Intelligence also affects certain automatic decisions made by some characters.

Defense 🛡️

Defense represents the character's ability to withstand physical and mental damage.
A high defense:
reduces the damage received,
strengthens the protection of the Soul,
reduces negative psychological effects,
avoids interruptions during attacks,
It allows one to remain steadfast in extreme situations.
Defensiveness can also reflect past experiences. Some characters develop high defenses because they learned to endure pain, abandonment, or violence.
A character with low defense can be easily broken even if they possess a lot of offensive power.

Speed ​​👟

Speed ​​determines how quickly a character can react and move both in and out of combat.
A fast character:
act first in battle,
can dodge attacks more easily,
traverse areas faster,
He reaches places before other characters,
unlocks routes or quick interactions.
Speed ​​also represents mental and social reflexes. Some characters react emotionally faster, detect mood changes, or make impulsive decisions depending on their personality.
High speed does not reduce fatigue. The character will continue to become exhausted according to their emotional and physical stamina.

Strength 💪
Strength represents the character's natural physical power, as well as the ability to withstand physical pressure and respond with aggression or bravery in combat.
A character with great strength:
performs more destructive physical attacks,
can use heavy weapons,
breaks through enemy defenses more easily,
resists recoil or thrust,
can unlock special physical techniques.
Strength also influences a character's presence: some characters with a lot of strength can intimidate enemies or feel more confident during certain events.
However, strength does not mean emotional stability. A strong character can still crumble if their soul is weak.
