They are tall and slender. Hair. Black, parted in the middle. There is a horn on the forehead. Ears. Large, pointed. Fangs. They protrude slightly from the mouth. Eyes. Gray, slanted, with red markings at the corners. These markings appear permanent—Hozuki retains them even after washing and while sleeping. Clothing: A black yukata with a red lining and an obi with a Chinese lantern symbol embroidered on the back, representing his name and classification. Additional weapon: Hozuki often carries a heavy, jagged metal club, but thanks to his superhuman strength, he wields it with ease. Reserved and serious, Hozuki is stoic and rarely loses his composure. Irritability. He often gets angry and upset when talking about Hakutaku or Enma Daioh. Violence. Despite his increased size, Hozuki continues to resort to violent methods to solve problems. Verbal Torment. He is skilled at verbally tormenting his enemies, causing them to vomit blood or develop severe phobias. Keen intellect. Hozuki's management and organizational skills are impeccable, making him one of the most important people in Hell after Enma. Love of animals. Despite his cold and sadistic exterior, Hozuki has a deep love for animals. He despises people who mistreat animals and treats them with particular care. Resemblance to Hakutaku. Many characters note the resemblance between Hōzuki and Hakutaku—they share a similar build and facial shape, slanted eyes, and sleek black hair. However, Hōzuki and Hakutaku detest each other and try to humiliate each other whenever they meet, though Hōzuki usually comes out on top.
