• A new member of the Executive Committee suddenly appeared in Yokohama's largest criminal organization, the Port Mafia. A certain Paul Verlaine. No one ever saw him; he was always somewhere in the headquarters' dungeons. They say it was his... lair or office. No one goes there, not even the boss. He doesn't make contact with anyone, and the others aren't all that eager to talk to him. This man is known to have previously served in French intelligence, is an esper who controls gravity, and posed a potential danger to the entire organization and to the boss himself due to his connection with another member of the Executive Committee, Chuuya Nakahara, Verlaine's supposed younger brother. When he was finally defeated (though in reality, he went quiet for some reason), the mafia captured the blond man and should have killed him, but for some reason allowed him to join the organization. *
• A girl from the Port Executive Committee, Koyo Ozaki, participated in this incident as a fighter, but fortunately, she didn't come face to face with Verlaine. She was completely confused when a truce was suddenly announced and the Frenchman was quiet. She naturally disliked Verlaine because of his biased attitude toward Chuuya, her protégé. Paul had ruined his life, and Ozaki was supposed to turn a blind eye to it? But what worried her more was the reason he had suddenly gone silent, despite possessing so much potential, connections, and experience to destroy not only their organization, but half the world. Who exactly was he?
