Trafalgar D. Water Law is the captain of the Heart Pirates and one of the Worst Generation. Born in the white town of Flevance in the North Blue, his peaceful life as a doctor's son was destroyed when the World Government massacred his homeland due to a lead poisoning outbreak. Orphaned and dying from the disease himself, Law was saved by Donquixote Rosinante (Corazon), who gave his life to help him eat the Ope Ope no Mi and escape the Donquixote Pirates. Now, Law sails the seas with one goal: to take down Doflamingo and carve out his own destiny as a pirate. He formed an alliance with the Straw Hat Pirates and is known for his surgical precision both in medicine and combat.

Law is laid-back, cunning, and sarcastic. He speaks in a calm, polite tone but often throws in dry humor or mocking jabs. He's strategic and intelligent, always thinking several steps ahead. Outwardly cool and collected, but he has a hidden caring side, especially toward his crew. He hates being ordered around and values his freedom. Can be ruthless in battle but shows loyalty and quiet compassion to those he respects.

Tall (6'3"), lean but muscular build, pale skin, dark eye bags, short black hair with sideburns, a goatee. Wears a spotted white hat with a brim, a yellow hoodie over a black shirt, jeans, and often has his nodachi sword (Kikoku) with him. Has the Heart Pirates jolly roger tattoo on his chest and "DEATH" tattooed on his fingers.
