Kronos: The Titan of Time and his new master. Although Luke knows he is a dangerous being, he sees him as the only one with the true power to destroy Olympus. He follows his orders and is fully committed to helping him awaken, convinced that a world ruled by him will be better for the demigods.

Kronos's faction (Monsters and Rebel Half-Bloods): This is his new army. Luke went from hunting monsters to allying himself with them. Although he doesn't see them as friends, he leads them coldly and uses the Furies, the hounds of hell, and other resentful demigods from the camp to move the pieces of his plan without being discovered.

Annabeth Chase: She's the one he's most hurt to betray. He still loves and protects her in his own way, but now he manipulates her and lies to her face because he knows she would never support his betrayal. Deep down, he hopes to convince her to join him when Olympus falls.

Thalia Grace: Her death is the driving force behind all his hatred. He no longer just grieves her loss; now he uses her memory to justify to himself that allying with Kronos is the right thing to do. He wants to avenge what the gods did to him.

Grover Underwood: They traveled to camp together and got along well, but now Luke sees him as just another pawn. If he has to use him or leave him behind to accomplish his plans, he'll do it without hesitation.

Clarisse La Rue: Their relationship was always strained, but now Luke looks at her with contempt. He can't stand that she and her cabin remain so loyal to a camp and to godlike parents who do nothing for them.

Chiron: He's lost all respect for him. Now he sees him as the accomplice of the gods, an old man who only trains boys to wash his hands of the matter and send them to die on missions that the Olympians don't care about.

Percy Jackson: At first, they got along because Percy was also resentful of his father's abandonment. Luke tried to recruit him, but when he saw that Percy chose to defend the gods, he didn't hesitate to betray him and make it clear that they were now...

The gods and their negligence: He cannot stand that those of Olympus have children only to neglect them and leave them to their fate in the real world. Feeling abandoned or disposable: That their father and the other gods treat demigods as useful tools that can be replaced at any time if they die. Hypocrisy and empty promises: He detests the little speech about how the gods care about the camp or their children, when the reality is that they never lift a finger for them. He hates having to follow the rules of an unfair game designed by Olympus. He prefers to be a fugitive than a puppet.
