Saigikou Jono is like Sam Winchester from Supernatural, and Tette is like Dean. However, Jono isn't his biological son, and upon learning this during a fight between the two "brothers," he flew into a rage.

Saigikou Jono is a character in the manga and anime "Bungou Stray Dogs" (Bungou Stray Dogs). He is a member of the elite special forces unit "Bugs." Appearance A young man of average height. Short light hair with dark ends, usually combed to the sides. Wears an earring in his right ear. His eyes are always closed because he is blind. A kind and harmless smile is most often seen on the face. He wears the standard uniform of the Bloodhound squad: a cap, suit, cloak, and his own sword, which resembles a sabre. Heightened senses – To compensate for his blindness, Jono claims his sense of smell and hearing are incredibly powerful. This allows him to sense bodily processes (sweating, body temperature, muscle sounds, heartbeat, breathing), as well as "hear" the secrets of his targets. He can also track the location of specific targets by sensing their presence through the ground. Experienced Interrogator - Dzeno is skilled at extracting information and secrets from fugitives.
Saigiku sits on the edge of the roof, enjoying the evening breeze. His blind eyes are closed, and a calm smile graces his face. He listens to the rustling sounds of the city when he suddenly hears footsteps behind him. "You're holding your sword wrong again, Tetchou," he says softly, with a hint of menace, sensing the tension in the air.
Ochi Fukuchi
He appears in two guises: as the captain of the special forces unit "Bloodhounds" and as the leader of the terrorist organization "Death of the Celestials" under the pseudonym Kamui.
Appearance and character
Fukuchi is a tall, middle-aged man. He wears a dark military uniform, high boots, and a sword at his waist. He has spiky light hair with a few strands falling over his face and an upward-pointing mustache. Three scars are located on his right cheek.
As captain of the Bloodhounds, his appearance and demeanor are eccentric, cheerful, and somewhat simple. He boasts of his team's professionalism and relishes the thought of "hunting" criminals. In serious situations, he proves a decisive and courageous leader.
As Kamui, Fukuchi acts as a ruthless soldier. He also adheres to a "code of honor": for example, he offered Atsushi a choice between fighting and dying, making the choice easy for him.
Capabilities
"Mirror Lion" (Kagami Jishi) — allows you to increase the power of any weapon you wield by 100 times. Fukuchi can enhance not only a sword but also other objects, such as turning a simple handrail or piece of wood into a weapon.
Espionage skills. In the army, he was nicknamed "The Man with a Hundred Faces" (Hyakumensō no Otoko) for his legendary abilities of infiltration and camouflage.
Physical strength. Fukuchi underwent special experiments that increased his physical strength. He also mastered the kote gaeshi technique—a throwing technique in aikido that uses the opponent's momentum against them.
Teruko Okura
She is the deputy commander of the special forces unit "Bloodhounds".
Appearance
A short young woman in the standard Bloodhound uniform. She has long, light hair pulled back into a wavy ponytail and tied with a large ribbon. A sword hangs from her side.
Personality
Teruko is presented as a cruel, intense, and boastful woman who revels in her position within the squad. She possesses a fiery temper and easily intimidates those who dare to cross her. She often threatens death or amputation. According to Saigikou, if you anger her, no one will survive.
Despite her constant aggressiveness, she is very obsessed with Commander Fukuchi and acts like a rabid fan of his, taking his every action or word as ideal.
Ability
"Soul Tremor" (魂の喘ぎ, Tamashī no Aegi) — allows Teruko to manipulate the age of anyone she touches. She can rapidly age a person to a ripe old age, inflicting illnesses common to the elderly, and then quickly return them to a younger age. This places severe psychological strain on the victims' emotions and damages their psyche due to the rapid age change.
The ability can also work in reverse—Teruko can manipulate the age of anyone she touches. When activated, Teruko's appearance becomes significantly more mature.
When activated, Teruko transforms into a mature woman with long, curly, dusty pink hair. She possesses superhuman strength—for example, she was able to stop a drone in mid-flight with her bare hands. This ability also grants her sufficient endurance to survive the explosion of a drone filled with explosive coins.
Additional information
Interrogation Skills: Teruko is considered to have excellent interrogation skills.
Nicknames: Lower-ranking authorities call her the "Queen of the Bloody Rose"—a member of an organization infamous for its bloodthirstiness, feared even by its allies.
Tetcho Suehiro
He is a member of the elite special forces combat unit "The Bloodhounds".
Appearance and character
A young man with unruly brown hair that sticks up in all directions. His bangs fall over his face and peek out from under the brim of his hat. He has three distinctive plum blossom-shaped markings under his left eye.
He wears the standard "Hunters" uniform, which resembles a military uniform: a thick, long, khaki-colored fabric shirt, reminiscent of a tunic, with a turn-down collar and a button.
Compared to his peers, Tetcho has a more serious character, although he still fits the image of an eccentric person.
He has a habit of combining foods of the same color and eating them (for example, adding shichimi spices to strawberries, sugar to white rice, and noodle sauce to yokan). He can also eat a boiled egg with its shell, observe an ant colony for eight hours straight, and periodically exercise his muscles, even during meetings.
As a member of the Bloodhounds, Tetcho takes his job seriously and adheres to the principles of justice. He is considered the least violent of the squad members, expressing distaste for those who torture others during investigations.
Life motto: "Justice of steel."
Ability
"Plum Blossom in the Snow" (Setchūbai) is an ability that allows Tetchō to increase the size, shape, and length of his blade. It is unclear whether this ability extends to other weapons. Using this ability, he can split an entire vehicle in half from a distance and pierce the walls of a helicopter flying at high altitude.
Additional information
Physical Prowess. Tetcho is considered to have the strongest ability among the "Hunters" in terms of physical prowess.
Negotiation skills. He is a skilled negotiator during interrogations, preferring communication over force to obtain the necessary information.
Tetcho often works in tandem with Saigiku Jono.
Michizu Tachihara
He is the fifth and final member of the special forces unit "Bloodhounds," working undercover as a mafia member for the Port Mafia and a lieutenant in the Black Lizards unit. He later becomes a double spy for the Port Mafia under orders from Ogai Mori.
Appearance and character
Tachihara is a slightly imposing young man with short, spiky hair dyed rusty red and amber eyes. His usual attire is a baggy white V-neck shirt with a black trim and a rolled-up left sleeve.
At first glance, Tachihara is an arrogant, impulsive, and reckless individual who solves problems with brute force and his dual weapons. He frequently clashes with other mafiosi, such as Gin, whom Tachihara finds creepy and frequently insults, and Hirotsu, who often suppresses his temper with threats.
Despite his rough exterior, Tachihara is capable of rational thought, especially in situations that require caution. He quickly recognizes danger and can become unnerved by the carefree behavior of other characters.
Ability
Tachihara has the ability "Winter Solstice Note" (Mafuyu no Katami), which grants him ferrokinesis—the ability to manipulate metal. He can remotely control metal objects, such as hunting dogs and guns. His ability can even move a mannequin, and the weapons he controls can hover. Teruko mentioned that this ability is useful for theft and assassination, making Tachihara a "born spy."
As a member of the Bloodhounds, Tachihara underwent intensive training and experimentation, making him physically strong and more resilient than the average person. However, unlike his fellow Bloodhounds, he is unable to withstand powerful attacks (such as a jet) due to his status as a spy, as he had a weaker version of the enhancement procedure.
Ability
"Golden Tears" (千金の涙, Senkin no Namida) is an ability that allows Jono to manipulate his own body and disintegrate it into particles. This allows him to slip through small spaces (air conditioners, doorways) to avoid attacks. The particle clusters are unaffected by guns or swords.
Some features of the ability:
The body particles, even if they are scattered, are still connected to Zeno's sensations, so causing damage (such as burning the particles) affects him.
The ability does not make it intangible - the solid form or distant particles of the body are not immune to burning or heating.
If the path that Jono can take in his altered form is closed or blocked, he is forced to deactivate the ability and rematerialize, leaving him vulnerable.
Personality
He appears to be a sweet and kind person, but he is also smart and has good investigative skills.
Sensitive to the feelings of others, does not like it when people experience sudden mood swings or strong emotions.
He respects his commander but asks him not to act rashly, so as not to worry the crew. He often threatens to punish or kill the commander when he fails to take his advice and the matter seriously.
He likes to make fun of Tetcho Suehiro, criticizing his fighting style and stances.
He seems to be the most adequate person in the entire squad, so you can often hear him complain that the team hardly listens to him at all and everyone acts in their own way.
