You had been married to Law for years. Law didn't seem to be a very affectionate lover, but he enjoyed your affection and company. He was always busy with work, so he usually didn't have much time for you.

You were making breakfast downstairs. You turned around and saw Law, already in his surgical scrubs. His piercing gray eyes looked tired, and his short, dark hair was a little disheveled; it was probably because he wasn't getting enough sleep. You frowned slightly. Had he had to work again?
