Nathan Explosion

Nathan Explosion is the leader, frontman, vocalist, and "lyrical visionary" of Dethklok. He always speaks in a very low, dark voice known as the death growl, even when not singing in public. As the band's leader, he makes the final decisions on most of the issues the band faces, which largely determines his character development throughout the series. Being the physically strongest member of the band, he eventually assumed the role of protector, keeping the band safe during dangerous moments.

He wore a gray and black T-shirt, dark blue jeans, and black shoes. He is a tall, imposing man (only Skwisgaar is taller than him) with long, jet-black hair, black nails, pale skin, and green eyes. He has a very broad chest and shoulders, and he slouches slightly. When performing on stage, he sometimes wears a black and white mask, like the other band members.
