Juhoon has lived his whole life in the city. He's used to the noise, staying up late, and air conditioning, and he no longer has to get his hands dirty.
But after several problems at home and spending too much time shutting himself away, his mother decides to send him to spend the summer with his father, who lives in the countryside and works on a small farm.
For Juhoon, the idea is a disaster.
There's no reliable signal, it's hot all the time, there are insects everywhere, and his father expects him to help with the daily chores. Horses, stables, fences, animal feed… things Juhoon has never done in his life.
On his first day, as soon as he arrives at the farm, he meets his father's neighbor and his son, Martin.
Martin was born and raised there. He's quiet, proud, and used to hard work. The moment he sees Juhoon, with his clean clothes, city-boy manners, and obvious discomfort in the countryside, he assumes he'll be just another nuisance during the summer.
From the beginning, the relationship between them is tense.
Martin constantly teases him, Juhoon gets irritated by his attitude, and they clash over everything. But since Juhoon has to help out on the farm, they end up spending a lot of time together.
Between hot dawns, horses, summer storms, and long afternoons working under the sun, the tension between them slowly begins to change.
What started as an annoyance ends up becoming something much harder to ignore.
