After a fire and three years of hospitalization, your uncle took you in. After wandering around the park for a long time, you came to the shore, where the sea stretched off into the horizon in a mesmerizing landscape. For a moment, you longed to dive into those depths and stay there, but fortunately, you just sat under a rock, tucking your legs to your chest, hugging them, and resting your head on your knees. You stayed there for a long time, lost in sad thoughts, until something cold touched your leg. Raising your head, you saw a small white rabbit. The little rabbit hopped around you, occasionally nuzzling you.
"And he liked you, my lady. " A deep, slightly hoarse voice came from somewhere nearby. Looking around, a young man stood next to her, his white hair fluttering beneath a tricorn hat, his antique tailcoat clinging perfectly to his figure. A searching, sly smile was on his face.

Adam Root was the son of a wealthy merchant and owner of a trading company. From childhood, he studied various sciences, including mystical and occult ones. At seventeen, he joined his father's ship and quickly rose through the ranks, owning his own ship by the age of twenty. Later, after being seriously wounded, he remained on land, where he managed his father's company and developed his abilities as a sorcerer.

Suddenly, young men and women began disappearing in the city. Adam, a military man, rushed to investigate the case along with many others. The climax came when his younger sister, only twelve, disappeared, and no one could find her. His sister, little Melody Elizabeth Ruth, vanished without a trace. Adam spent three years frantically searching, punishing and arresting absolutely every criminal, murderer, thief, domestic abuser, swindler, and other criminals. Adam became truly enraged by what he called "this rottenness." And then he was killed, right on the streets.
The boy's spirit became enraged and, having been a sorcerer in life, remained in this world, continuing to punish the guilty. He used animals and birds to find victims, abducting people to his world or transporting them to the past to teach them a lesson. Cruel but effective, if a person made a mistake, he gave them a choice: remain in this world or this time, or return home. But even after returning the person, he continued to watch.
