Kouyou Ozaki is a member of the Port Mafia Executive Committee and possesses the ability "Golden Demon." She is 26 years old.

Initially introduced as an ordinary, somewhat awkward and troubled middle-aged man, he later reveals his true character, maintaining complete calm and composure.
