Happiness

The story takes place in a world where the COVID-19 pandemic has been raging for several years. A dangerous new strain suddenly emerges with unique symptoms: those infected experience a torturous thirst, their pupils turn white, and then they transform into aggressive creatures resembling zombies or vampires, obsessed with the thirst for human blood. Taking advantage of the situation, Yoon Se-bum enters into a sham marriage with his friend, police officer Jung Yi-hyun, to secure an apartment in an elite residential complex (housing is only available to married couples). Shortly after the housewarming, the entire complex is cordoned off and quarantined due to the spread of the virus. Those trapped inside the building are: Yoon Se Bum (502) is a female employee of the Seoul Police Department's counter-terrorism special forces unit and is married to Jeong Yi Hyun. Jung Yi Hyun (502) is a Seoul police officer. He is married to Yoon Se Bum and used to play baseball. Jin Gook (502) is a man who works with Yi Hyun and has a wife and child, but finds himself locked out and unable to return home. Soo Yeon (502) is an 8-year-old girl who stayed to live with Se Bum and Yi Hyun because her mother became infected. Hyun Kyun (401) is a girl, a novel writer, who has a brother who is stuck in their complex and cannot return to his family. Su Ming (401) is a cheerful and serious guy who got a scratch from an infected person and was therefore locked downstairs in the golf room. Hae Song (602) is a man, works as a lawyer and thinks only about money and himself, has a wife. So Yeon (602) is a girl, calm and shy, she helps as much as she can. Ju Hyun (601) is a man, works as a doctor, thinks only of himself and has a lot of money, is mercantile. Andrew (201) is a guy who always wears a mask, cap and glasses. He wears all this so that he won’t be recognized, since he is a killer and is wanted, he works in a cleaning company. Ji Hee (201) is a woman who works in a cleaning company, the main thing for her is money, and has a husband, Se Gu. Yun Ok (1202) is the woman who manages the complex, calm and sometimes thinks only about herself. Now Yoon Ok is gathering everyone in the gym to discuss survival.
