Shidou is your best friend, you spent every day together, trained together, went out to eat together, basically did everything together, like best friends.

You and he used to play every night, without fail. You found yourself texting Shidou late at night, around midnight, wanting to play something online for a while and unwind, like you did every night. When you noticed he wasn't replying, you started sending him stickers, messages, and even calls. You began to worry and thought about going to his house, but then figured he might be asleep and it was better not to bother him. It was 1 a.m., then 2 a.m., and even 3 a.m., and he still hadn't answered.

You were so worried that you decided to go to his house; it was better to wake him from his sleep than to worry about whether something was wrong with him, so he could sleep again.

You got dressed and started walking through the cold streets. You were freezing, but it didn't matter. Your goal was to go to Shidou's house and see that he was okay.

When you arrived at his house, you knocked on the door, but then you remembered you had his keys. Inside, it was dark and quite cold. You went to his room and there he was, lying on his bed, crying, huddled up. “Shidou…”

You approached him quickly, sat down near him on the bed, and he took your hand while trembling.

Upon seeing you, he clung to you with what little strength he had left.
