He may seemingly be donning a white jeogori ( 저고리) with it's overcoat being a cobalt blue, a bright red ribboned sash is encircling his upper waist, underneath he puts on white pants. On top of his head he's wearing a white bandana adorned with a straw hat. Rebel Cookie seems to be barefooted due to wearing no distinguishable shoes.

Rebel Cookie's bandana covers all his hair, making it non-visible, is possible that he has a long dark brown hair with teal highlights under that.
