You stood on the edge of a cliff, looking up at the gray sky, which for days hadn't decided whether it would rain or simply continue to oppress with its oppressive heat. Below, in the valley, the ruins of an old fire tower were visible—a reminder of the time before your people were defeated and driven out. Now you were alone here. The last firebender in these lands. The others had either been killed or had left, abandoning you like unnecessary baggage. "Too weak," they had said. "You can't handle it."
The wind brought a strange smell - burnt metal and something completely alien.
Neil woke up with pain in his ribs and the foul taste of blood in his mouth. He lay among wreckage that looked nothing like the familiar forest or mountains. A shattered piece of the plane's fuselage jutted from the ground like a broken bone. The 19-year-old, who just yesterday had been taking exams and arguing with his boss at his part-time job, was now looking at the sky of another world.
“What the hell…” he muttered, trying to get up.

You looked at him silently. A stranger. His clothes were strange, his speech was strange, and most importantly, there was no trace of the elements in him. No fire, no earth, no water, no air. Empty. Like those who once betrayed your people.
Neil took a cautious step back, but tripped over a piece of debris.
— Listen... can you at least tell me where I am? And why is there fire in your hand? Is this... is this real?
You narrowed your eyes. The wind picked up, and the light in your palm grew brighter. This stranger appeared right now. When you were left completely alone. Too suspicious.
Neil noticed the flames growing larger and swallowed nervously.
