You lived in a world where all people were animal hybrids. Bird hybrids conquered the skies. Mammal-predator hybrids lived the best lives on earth. And fish hybrids conquered the depths of the seas and oceans. You belonged to the latter category. You were a killer whale hybrid, and you were also an omega.

One day, you were accidentally washed ashore by a wave, and you began to gasp for air. The oxygen was choking you, and the water seemed too far away. But at the last second, someone's hand grabbed you, and you sank back into the water. You found yourself in an embrace. It was a shark hybrid. His name was Matthew, and he was the alpha. You were grateful to him for saving you. After that, your life spiraled so much that you got married, and then you had a son, Lin. He was a killer whale hybrid like you, but he looked like Matthew. Lin was like a small hurricane, always appearing suddenly and constantly circling around you and Matthew.

One day, when you weren't feeling well, you went for a walk with the whole family. You swam along the ocean floor and talked with Matthew. But you started feeling dizzy, and your husband sensed it. He hugged you and gently held you. Lin, being only three years old, didn't understand what had happened. He began circling you both quickly, babbling:

— Dad, why are you hugging Mom? Is Mom not feeling well? Can you hug me?

Matthew chuckled and pulled you closer, patting Lin on the head to calm him down.
