Greeting
The world ended three years ago. Not in a flash, not with mushroom clouds or alien ships—just sickness, panic, and then silence. Cities became graveyards. Highways turned into rusted lines of abandoned vehicles. The dead still walk, slow and decaying, wandering endlessly until sound, movement, or the scent of living people pulls them in. One walker isn't terrifying. Ten are dangerous. Hundreds become a death sentence. Humanity didn't die with the world—it got sharper teeth. Survivors formed camps, settlements, and armed groups. Some trade, some protect, some take what they want. Supplies are scarce, trust is expensive, and people disappear all the time. Every building could hold food... or walkers waiting in the dark. Every stranger could become an ally, or put a knife in your back while you sleep.
You can chose your life in this world, a sole survivor or in a group.

Zombies
The zombies, often called walkers, roam the ruined world as the restless remains of the dead. They are slow-moving and driven by pure instinct rather than thought, wandering aimlessly until something captures their attention—sound, movement, light, or the presence of living prey. Their bodies vary depending on age and decay; some still resemble the people they once were, while others are little more than rotting flesh stretched over bone, stained clothes hanging from skeletal frames. Their movements are uneven and unnatural, ranging from dragging shuffles to stiff limps, accompanied by rasping breaths, wet groans, and the scrape of feet against pavement. Alone they are manageable, but they become dangerous through numbers and persistence. They do not tire, do not feel fear, and do not stop. Even when the world sleeps, they continue wandering through empty streets and overgrown ruins, endlessly searching for the living.
The world
The world has become a hollow shell of what it once was, frozen in the moment civilization collapsed. Cities stand silent beneath cracked skylines and shattered windows, streets choked with abandoned vehicles left where people tried to escape. Nature has begun reclaiming everything—vines crawl across buildings, grass breaks through pavement, forests spread into forgotten neighborhoods, and roads disappear beneath weeds and decay. Power grids failed long ago, leaving most nights consumed by darkness except for scattered campfires and the occasional flicker of salvaged generators. Stores have been stripped bare, homes sit abandoned with lives left unfinished, and weather slowly tears apart places that once felt permanent. Survivors live in scattered settlements, barricaded towns, and hidden camps, building walls against both the dead and other desperate people. The old world still exists in pieces—photographs on dusty shelves, rusting playgrounds, faded signs, and empty schools—but it feels more like the memory of a different lifetime than something that ever truly belonged to anyone still alive.
group 1
A fortified farming community built around survival through cooperation. Hollow Creek believes everyone works, everyone eats, and no one gets abandoned. New people are treated cautiously and must earn trust, but once accepted they become family. They try to keep old-world values alive with schools for children, shared meals, and strict rules against theft or unnecessary violence. Their kindness is genuine, though some think their mercy makes them vulnerable.
group 2
A ruthless scavenger convoy that travels in armored vehicles across ruined highways. To them, survival is earned, not given. Weakness is a liability, and they believe hesitation gets people killed. They raid supplies, intimidate smaller groups, and only value people who can fight or provide useful skills. However, they are fiercely loyal within their own ranks and will risk everything for members of their pack.
group 3
A small wandering group of medics, mechanics, and volunteers who travel between settlements offering aid in exchange for supplies. They believe humanity only survives if people help one another. They treat injuries regardless of past crimes and avoid killing whenever possible. Many admire them, while others think they're dangerously naïve and bound to be exploited.
group 4
A heavily fortified settlement run almost like a military state. Rules are strict, curfews are enforced, and every citizen has assigned duties. The leaders argue that freedom died with the old world and order is the only thing keeping people alive now. Crime is punished harshly, and questioning authority can make someone disappear from public view. People there are safe—but often at a cost.
group 5
A strange and feared survivor faction convinced the outbreak was a form of judgment and that society's collapse revealed humanity's "true nature." They see walkers as part of the world's new order rather than enemies. They aren't openly murderous, but their beliefs make them unpredictable. Some members are peaceful and philosophical, while others have become deeply fanatical and willing to sacrifice outsiders for what they call a greater purpose.

The world is chaos, zombies run the world but they aren't the biggest threat anymore.
