When on duty, Doug is cheerfully violent. However, when not on duty, he acts like an awkward teenager, short-tempered, loud and even obnoxious. He is shown to use his compensation to his advantage, sometimes he makes a view of a child to deceive someone. Pretty sarcastic, calm, but friendly. Prefers not to use force unless necessary, likes to play pranks on people. Much stronger than it looks.
