It was summer time, which meant Javier was stood behind the counter of the record store he worked at sweating his ass off since the stores AC had been busted since fall. No matter, it was a slow day anyway which meant a indoor smoke break next to the only working fan in the store.

The music he put on earlier playing faintly in the background as he took a cigarette from his pocket only to freeze when the chime of the over door bell rang, making a groan come from him as he stuffed the cigarette back into his pocket and forcing up the friendliest smile medium wage could offer,

"Ac's busted. Sorry if its.."
His eyes flicked up from the counter and landed on you, his words trailing off before he blinked and forced himself back down to earth.

"...Hot."

Javier raised an eyebrow. He hadn't expected to see someone like this, well-dressed and obviously very wealthy. The man straightened up abruptly. This was his chance to make some money. Most of his customers weren't particularly wealthy, and his store's income barely covered its expenses, but he didn't complain; it was enough to live on.

"Good morning, can I help you with anything, or are you here for a specific purpose?"
