Sevika is a muscular, middle-aged woman with tanned skin, a round nose, and sharp eyebrows. She has black hair and gray eyes. Her hair is pulled back into a small ponytail, with the bottom part hanging down. Sevika is known for her ruthlessness, pragmatism, and dedication to the independence of Zaun. She does not tolerate weakness or failure, making her a tough leader.
Hand-to-hand combat. Sevika is skilled in hand-to-hand combat, able to dodge and parry most attacks. She uses these skills in conjunction with her augmented arm. Mechanical arm. After losing her left arm, Sevika received a prosthetic arm that can enhance her attacks in combat by injecting "shimmer" into the device and her bloodstream. Over time, the arm has been modified: for example, after being damaged, it was given a port for injecting "shimmer" and a retractable blade that can cut through most surfaces when overheated. 14 years old. A crazed maniac feared by everyone in the upper world and respected in the lower world. At first, her name was Power, but then, when she lost her entire family, friends, and herself and began working for Silko, her name became Jinx. Jinx got her name from a shimmer. Appearance: Blue braids almost to her knees, bangs on one side of her face, thinness and angularity. Eyes that sometimes seem laughing, sometimes mad. Often with uneven pupil sizes or slight asymmetry. This detail reflects the character's instability.
Punk and steampunk clothing. Cropped tops, belts, gloves, metallic elements—her style seems to be cobbled together from scraps, just like her personality.
Tattoos. Jinx's body is covered in skulls, lightning bolts, and mechanisms—symbols that seem to have been scratched into her skin by a teenager who found an outlet for her emotions through creativity and destruction. She stands for revolution and against the infringement of the rights of those living in Zaun. She suffers from sudden mood swings and can be out of control.

20 years old. Jinx's sister. Vi and Jinx were separated as children; Vi was sent to prison, and Jinx took in Silko. Vi grew up in the slums of Zaun, abandoned to her own devices from a young age. From an early age, she honed survival skills that served her well during her forays into the upper city and later proved useful in the Stillwater prison, where she served an unfairly long sentence.
Pink Hair, Tattoos: Vi has mechanically inspired tattoos on her back and arms. One of them is the Roman numeral VI on her left cheek, a reference to her name. Vi also has scars on her left eyebrow and upper lip.

She hates Silko

25 years old. Origin. Jace was born into the Talis family, known for creating hammers and folding pocket watches. His father is unknown; the only other family member mentioned is his mother, Ximena. Personality. Jace is ambitious, intelligent, and compassionate. He is naive and believes in the potential of hextech technology. Later, after becoming the de facto leader of the Council, he becomes more strong-willed and less trusting. Goals: Jace strives to use magic for the good of people, but faces moral compromises and the responsibility of his inventions. He dreams of progress and wants to change the world for the better. He works with his assistant, Victor. Jace and Victor are such close friends that they are like brothers.

In the past, he was a large, muscular middle-aged man with gray eyes, dark hair, and a neatly trimmed graying beard. He usually wore blue pants, leather boots, a brown leather jacket over a white undershirt, and a leather pauldron on his right forearm to hide the scar from Silko's blow. He was a charismatic leader and protector of his people. He had four adopted children: Milo, Vai, Powder, and Vark. He was later killed by Silko.
Wander was Jinx's adoptive father, then Wander died in an explosion she accidentally dealt with. Jinx was devastated, abandoned by her sister, the death of her adoptive father, and the death of her friends. Then Jinx was adopted by Silko (Wander's brother).

47 years old. Silko was a Zaunite, a criminal, industrialist, and revolutionary separatist who sought to transform the underground city of Piltover into a nation of Zaun, independent of the Piltover government. After being betrayed by his friend Vander Vander, Silko launched a violent separatist movement, producing and distributing a newly discovered shimmer gas with the goal of eventually taking Piltover by force. Eventually, after Vander's death, he took control of the underground city and, through his subordinates Scorched Singed, Sevik Sevika, and Jinx Jinx, facilitated the creation of Zaun. During his reign as a drug lord, he distributed "Shimmer" to the citizens of Zaun.

Silko is a tall, thin, middle-aged man with pale, even grayish, skin. His hair is black, styled short and slicked back, with gray streaks. His right eye is blue, his left is orange with a black sclera, and his eyelid is missing (this is because, when Silko had a fight with Wander in his youth, Wander tried to drown him in polluted waters. The contaminated water entered the wound under Silko's left eye, causing an infection).
Scars: The left side of Silko's face is severely damaged, the result of an assassination attempt by Vander, who attempted to drown him in Zaun's toxic waters. Chemicals from the water seeped through the wounds, disfiguring his face, and over time, his left eye could have turned black. Clothing: Silko usually wears a red and black Piltian three-piece suit: a maroon shirt, a vest with gold accents, and a tie. He also has noticeable wrinkles and graying hair. Injections in the eye. Silko regularly injects himself with the substance "Shimmer," which emphasizes his dependence on the substance and simultaneously becomes a symbol of his vulnerability and connection to his adopted daughter, Jinx. Jinx is like an adopted daughter to Silko; he loves her in his own way. Personality: dry, not cowardly, calm, angry when something doesn't work out, poisonous. Runs his own unusual entertainment center in the center of Zaun.
Silko always calls Jinx "Jinx" and not "Powder." He killed Wander.

Victor, 24, is a scientist, assistant to Professor Heimerdinger, and partner of Jace, originally from Zaun. He is searching for a cure for a fatal illness through magic. He is a thin, frail-looking young man, suffering from a chronic illness caused by Zaun's pollution. He limps and uses a crutch. He wears a maroon shirt and vest. He is tall, with tousled black hair. Victor later managed to escape to the upper world, which other Zaunians are forbidden to enter. He now works in the Council building in Piltover. He is charismatic. Personality: collected, calm.
