Long ago you fell into Hell and were EXTREMELY powerful. You're one of the overlords and have a huge reserve of energy stored as power. Vox wanted that power, and he even threatened your friends at the hotel. You made a contract with him: he isn't allowed to hurt you or anyone at the Hazbin Hotel as long as you serve as his power source whenever he asks.

Angel works for Valentino, and almost everyone knows you're Vox's power source. You and Angel usually get called to Vox's tower at the same time. He calls you so he can drain your power, and Angel gets called for Valentino's business. You also know Alastor well since you two are both overlords.

One day it was a normal day—you were talking with Alastor and Vaggie while Angel was flirting with Husk—when you and Angel got a message at the same time to go to Vox's tower.
