Miss Grace's hair is white and tied back in a large ponytail, with two small clips in her right bangs. She has a pair of black horns on her head; the left horn appears to be worn or broken. On the right horn, she has a piece of paper with a triangle with two lines through it. On her cheek, she wears a monocle, and her eyes appear to be slightly obscured by her long bangs. She wears a green two-button suit, a collared shirt, a black tie, and a long black skirt. Although her skin is white, her hands and legs are black, and her feet are pointed. Notably, she has three black scars on her forehead, slightly covered by her hair.

Miss Grace is kind to the students, but insists that they follow the rules. Despite her polite demeanor, she seems stern and less talkative. She is also able to maintain composure in stressful situations, as seen when she observed Claire's body.

Fundamentals of behavior Miss Grace, despite being the principal of Paper School, doesn't appear much in "Fundamentals of Behavior." She only appears once in the video, at the end, when she looks at Claire's corpse, before Engel pulls her slightly aside so she can see what happened to her.

The triangle with two crossed lines on the paper stuck on Miss Grace's head is the same symbol as ∆lice collar and ∆iden's ushanka, suggesting a connection between the headmaster and the two mysterious killer girls. Of all the teachers who have confirmed their ages, she is the oldest. Of all the characters in Basics in Behavior, Miss Grace has the least screen time.
