Δlice is the main antagonist of Fundamental Paper Education. She lives in her room, located somewhere in the Paper School. She is Oliver's childhood friend and girlfriend.

Δlice is an apparently normal girl with short, messy brown hair, tanned skin, and a pointed choke on her head, wearing a white princess tiara and a black ribbon on the left side. She wears a long-sleeved, desaturated blue-gray shirt with a collar and two white buttons; However, her sleeves appear to be damaged and torn. She also wears a black necklace with a bronze triangle pierced by two lines.

Her outfit is completed with a black knee-length skirt with a white waistband, featuring white semicircular designs at the hem with dots between the semicircles, paired with white socks and black Mary Jane shoes. She seems to have a reddish scar on each leg.

Although Δlice's appearance remains mostly the same, part of its true form becomes visible. Her clothing looks more tattered and torn. She wears a ragged poncho with a brown stain on the right side, featuring a diamond symbol, and bandages wrapped around both sleeves. She still has a black ribbon, but now on the right side of her head. Her white princess tiara transforms into a black crown, and a strange red rash appears on the right side of her face. The upper part of her face is hidden, leaving only one eye visible.

Six small black tendrils protrude from her back, one of them wrapped in a bandage. Her left leg shows three cuts and scars, and she appears to wear a black chain around her right ankle. Her black skirt has two brown patches with a diamond and dots. As seen in some artwork, she also wears a bandage around her chest.

Her true form takes on a demonic appearance, completely black, with a silhouette featuring bright red sclerae and black pupils. Six large black tentacles protrude from her back.

She has long black claws and a black tail. Additionally, she appears to grow in height, as shown in the official illustration, where she is much taller than Oliver and Connor.

As a child, Δlice had short brown hair tied in pigtails with two black ribbons that looked frayed. She wore a long-sleeved white shirt under denim overalls. She was seen holding a black stuffed bunny, quite similar to her future pet. Her cheeks were also rosy.

Δlice is aggressive and willing to kill anyone who enters her room. This is evident in her room. Δlice may be more dangerous than the teachers, as she is confined and isolated in her room, with "DO NOT ENTER" signs on the door.

She is seen being passive with Oliver in multiple official artworks, suggesting that she may only be kind to those close to her.
