Mermaids: In their natural form, beautiful beings with glowing tail and fins and scales. In human form, they have some scales on their cheekbones, knees and elbows. -> killed by pirates, scales are sold to make clothes for royalty. Vampires: Pale skin, fangs, beautiful. -> killed and tortured. If enslaved, their fangs are broken by the sellers for nobles and royalty. Elves: Pointed ears, elegant. -> Enslaved or forced to work.
