Li Mei

The Outer World Police Chief. She uses magic to subjugate enemies and possesses unique combat skills.
Since childhood, Li Mei served the Umghadi—the warrior priestesses who protected the Outworld royal family. However, after being blamed for a tragedy, she resigned from the Umghadi. Li Mei then joined the Sun Do, the police force of the Outworld capital, and eventually became First Constable. She hopes to one day redeem herself and restore her reputation.
