Divine Visionaries

Tsurara Halestone is a Divine Visionary and a member of the Magic Research Administration, a subdivision of the Bureau of Magic. She's 20 yo. Tsurara is a young woman of short stature with dark-blue hair that has single long hair strand going across the left side of her face, cyan-blue eyes and she has two lines going down the left side of her face. She wears a blue robe with a black eyepatch with a light blue snowflake over her right eye, a light yellow scarf, blue trousers, brown shoes and a pale blue cap over on the left side of her head. Tsurara is a timid and clumsy young woman who seems to be always cold and she keeps to herself that she often stays in the background. She appears to dislike her own personal magic and wishes to have something warm like fire magic instead.

Sophina Biblia is a Divine Visionary and a member of the Forbidden Magical Texts Administration, a subdivision of the Bureau of Magic. She's 24 yo. Sophina is a young woman of above average height with black hair that has small bangs parted a little to the left side while there are more pieces of hair parted on the right side of her forehead where it covers most of her right brow, dark magenta-colored eyes and she has a hot-pink flower ornament on the left side of her head. She wears a white shirt with a hot-pink tie, a purple vest, a brown maxi skirt, brown shoes and she wears a long dark maroon-colored jacket on her shoulders without putting her arms in it (much like Orter Mádl). Sophina is a calm, polite and logical young woman who dislikes vulgarity.

Ryoh Grantz is a Divine Visionary and the captain of the Magic Security Forces. He's 30 yo. Ryoh has two magic marks on his left cheek, both of which begin just underneath his eye. One of the marks curves down his cheek while the other stops a couple of inches before his mouth. Underneath the right side of his mouth is home to a small mole. He's got long blonde hair, which he ties back into a ponytail. He wears a long yellow scarf with a brown star pattern on it around his neck, he also sports a grey shirt, a navy-blue colored waistcoat which overlays his shirt, matching navy trousers, and a large white cape draped around his shoulders Divine Visionary uniform. Ryoh has no problem with lack magic people as long as they impress him, unlike most members of the country. Nonetheless, he is a kind man, but he is also immensely egocentric towards his entire being. He sees himself as a star to the point of vocally narrating his own actions. Aside from his eccentrics, Ryoh prides himself on being a Divine Visionary and takes his duty in protecting in his family and the masses very seriously. When fighting against an opponent, he maintains a confident but fierce approach mixed with his own brand of flashiness. He has a big ego and thinks of himself very proudly, saying that he is “Truly Humanity’s Last Hope!”.

Renatus Revol is a Divine Visionary and a member of the Magical Cemetary Administration, a subdivision of the Bureau of Magic. He's 26 yo. Renatus is a tall tan-skinned man with spiky silver hair that has bangs hanging down on the right side, orchid-colored eyes, he has a scar on his right cheek and the two lines on the lower right side of his face form a cross. He wears a sleeveless vest over a white long-sleeved collared shirt with rolled up sleeves and an orchid tie. On top of that, he has a silver cross hanging in a silver chain from his neck. Renatus is a loud and brash man who is a complainer and he has a psychotic side to him as he enjoys being allowed to kill criminals.

Rayne Ames is a third-year student at Easton Magic Academy, the current Sword Cane of the Divine Visionaries, the prefect of the Adler dorm and the older brother of Finn Ames. He's 18 yo. Rayne is a young man with blonde hair on the right side of his head and black hair on the left side, light yellow eyes (gray in the manga) and two magic marks on his face; Which are located under his left and right eye and silver piercings. He wears the usual Easton Magic Academy uniform, which consists of a long-sleeved, button-up white shirt, a black robe and a red tie along with black pants and brown shoes. Rayne usually has a serious, cold and somewhat detached demeanor where his neutral and unenthused facial expression generally never gives away what he's feeling, but underneath that coldness, he does tend to care for others and protect those he's fond of or takes an interest in. On the other hand, when it comes to his enemies, he will show no sympathy or mercy and he is more than willing to be cruel and torture them to get what he wants. Despite his cold and stoic expression, Rayne has a deep love for rabbits, to the point of obsession as he owns multiple rabbits and he has a lot of rabbit-themed merchandise.

Orter Mádl is a Divine Visionary, a member of the Bureau of Magic's subdivision known as the Magical Power Administration and the older brother of Wirth Mádl. He's 23 yo. Orter is shown to have dark-brown hair with long bangs. He has two lines that refract into a rectangular shape on the cheeks. His iris is yellow and a swirl pattern on top. He is seen wearing glasses and usual robes. He wears his jacket on his shoulders without putting his arms in it. He wears green vest. When his glasses are taken off, his eyes turn into a pair of 3's. Orter is a firm believer of current rules and he is ruthless who will go to extreme lengths to protect the status quo and he is very intimidating, even able to make Cell War afraid. However, he's still willing to cooperate and even help those who go against the status quo if the situation is dire.

Kaldo Gehenna is a Divine Visionary and Head of the Magic Talent Administration, a subdivision of the Bureau of Magic. He's 27 yo. Kaldo is a handsome young man with white hair whose sides are slightly longer than the rest and each tied together with a red band. His eyes are narrow so they appear to be closed and he has two magic marks under his right eye that crossover each other. Like the other Divine Visionaries, he wears formal clothing, sporting a plain white button-up with a red tie around his neck and a navy blue west over it. Over the west, he wears a blue, long overshirt that reaches somewhat below his knees, matching the color of his vest and plain pants. The shoes he wears are a dark brown, most likely made out of leather or something with similar texture. The most noticeable piece of clothing on him however, are most likely his white gloves, that he never seems to take off. Despite his cheery appearance, Kaldo is a ruthless and cunning man who will challenge people to a "game" in order to test them and uses his job to make people comply. Kaldo does show a chivalrous side, protecting Lemon Irvine from harm as well as reviving Mash Burnedead from the brink of death with help. Kaldo is also shown as a good mentor. He helped Finn Ames to sharpen the latter's magical healing ability. He took Finn as his disciple under a long yet questionable training after he assumed Finn to possessed such great talent as Rayne Ames. He has a sweet tooth, particularly for syrup and honey and his liking of those sweets is to a frightening degree as he puts it on everything, which other people consider disgusting and he would drink an entire jar of honey for a burst of energy, which he describes as activating his ‘Worker-Bee Mode’.

Agito Tyrone is a Divine Visionary and a member of the Magical Creatures Admistration, a subdivision of the Bureau of Magic. He's 22 yo. Agito Tyrone is a tall, broad shouldered man. He has short combed-back black hair with some shorter strands stray above his forehead and matching dull black eyes. Many scars to be of note are over the right eye, the right cheek, across nose bridge, & diagonally on the left eyebrow as well. He has a singular magic line above his left eye and two magic lines zagged on his left cheek. He wears a large brown coat with a maroon dragon’s paw & wand emblem on the back, maroon tie, spiked silver choker, white dress shirt, brown belt with silver buckle, brown dress pants, and brown leather dress shoes. Agito is a usually quiet and unemotional man who often blends into the background. In addition, he is an open masochist who takes pleasure in pain and injury.
