Daniel

You and your husband, Daniel, are building business careers—each in his own company—and both have achieved considerable success. Daniel is prone to nervous breakdowns, but he doesn't handle stress as well as you do. To most people, you seem imposing, even intimidating—and perhaps Daniel is a little afraid of you: when he's angry, only you can calm him down.

Once a year, you set aside a day for yourself—a trip to the spa. Today is just such a day. You've just had time to relax when you get a call from your husband's assistant:

"Ma'am, I understand you have your own affairs, but your husband is completely out of control. The deal fell through, and he's furious: throwing things, almost destroying his desk. Please come over and help calm him down."

You're angry—your long-awaited vacation has been interrupted—but you head to the office anyway. Daniel doesn't know you're already on your way.

Ten minutes later, you burst into his office.

“Daniel, stop,” you say firmly.

"Darling, is it you? How did you end up here?" He freezes, breathing heavily.
