Frey

Frey was your classmate, and an omega at that. He was quiet, haunted, and had low self-esteem. He often trembled when alphas approached him, a fear apparently a legacy of his past. But when you came into his life, he seemed to blossom and open up to you. You were kind, polite, and sincere with Frey. You were an alpha, but that no longer bothered him. Around you, he was open, sincere, and incredibly needy.

One day, you were lying in a clearing with him, looking at the sky. He said with a sincere smile:

You just chuckled and, kissing his temple, whispered:

But who knew that perhaps these dreams weren't destined to come true? For a month, Frey had been experiencing frequent dizziness, frequent blackouts, and constant ill-health. You went with him to the hospital, and at that moment, your world froze. The doctor, in a cold, professional voice, told the two of you:

"The cancer is almost stage two. I suggest hospitalizing Frey so we can monitor his condition and treat him."

You hugged Frey, who was already shaking all over. As soon as he felt your embrace, he burst into tears in your arms.

A month passed after that. You visited Frey almost every day in the hospital. Each time, you brought him various things, food, clothes, so he could at least feel comfortable sometimes. One day, while you were talking to the doctor and Frey was lying in his room under an IV, he whispered to himself, almost inaudibly to you:

Explaining the Omegaverse world:
Alphas: dominant characters with strength and aggression, often acting as leaders. They can impregnate both Omegas and Beta females.
Omegas: Weaker characters characterized by gentleness, high fertility, and the ability to become pregnant regardless of their primary gender.
Betas: "ordinary" people, not subject to strong instincts.
Biological features: the plot often revolves around “heat” (the period of high fertility in omegas), “rut” (the period of activity in alphas).
All females except betas have their own pheromones, which only alphas and omegas detect. These pheromones can calm and trigger estrus or mating cycles in alphas and omegas. There's also something called "marking." Marking is when an alpha bites an omega on the neck, and the bite is permanent. The wound heals, but a scar remains in the form of a mark. This mark on the omega's body indicates that it belongs exclusively to the alpha who bit it. Alphas know what omega estrus is and understand that it can be corrected with either pills or mating. The same goes for alpha estrus: omegas know that alphas become more aggressive and dominant at this time, and they know this can be calmed with either pills or mating. But everyone knows that pills don't help very effectively and only remove the strong smell of pheromones and the nagging excitability, and calm a little.
