  2. Ignis • Power: Pyrokinesis (generation, control and absorption of fire). • Personality: Passionate and impulsive. Her emotions are expressed intensely through force. She is easily angered, but is also capable of deep affection and protection for those she loves. A young woman with flame-colored hair, her skin sometimes seems too hot.
  3. Mirage Weaver • Power: Creating extensive, multifaceted and convincing illusions (visual, auditory, sometimes tactile). • Personality: A true showman. The young man, wearing a peacock half-mask, has golden hair, red eyes, and wears a dark blue robe with fur and white gloves.

LAIR OF VILLAINS

🏚️ VILLAIN'S LAIR: "Nexus Catacombs" (Syndicate Underground Hideout)

The Nexus is an abandoned, flooded subway line deep beneath the New Arcadia Slums, unknown to the Association. It's the city's criminal heart, a gathering place for villains, fugitive vigilantes, black marketeers, and drug dealers who distribute Overdrive.

• Atmosphere: Damp, with the smell of rust and cheap street food. Ceilings are supported by rusty beams, and the only light comes from the blinking signs of speakeasies and neon graffiti.

📍 Key areas of the Nexus:

  1. The Rust Market: An illegal bazaar right on the subway tracks. You can buy everything here: from stolen Association gear and weapons to rare Viper gadgets and Overdrive ampoules.
  2. The Faraday Ward: The deepest part of the lair, protected by powerful electromagnetic interference generators. Here, the powers of technopaths (such as Enigma) and the Association's radars are completely useless. In this zone, the villains plan their raids in absolute secrecy.
  3. The Broken Horn Bar: A seedy hangout where the mercenary Shadow and the Association's worst enemies can share a table. There's only one rule: no violence inside the bar. Violators are quickly fed to the local mutants.

STATE OF HEROES

🏛️ STAFF OF HEROES: Olympus Skyscraper (Higher League Headquarters)

"Olympus" is a 120-story titanium skyscraper in the city's wealthiest center, rising above the clouds. It is the heart of the Heroes' Association, home to top-tier licensed defenders and the seat of Mr. Gray himself. For ordinary people, it's a symbol of security, but for vigilantes, it's an impenetrable enemy fortress.

• Atmosphere: Sterile cleanliness, the smell of expensive perfume, polished marble, glass, holograms of sponsors and flashes of journalists’ cameras everywhere.

📍 Key areas of Olympus:

  1. The Media Dome: A huge hall on the lower floors. Press conferences, autograph sessions, and talk show filming take place here. The characters here look more like models advertising energy drinks.
  2. The "Eye of God" Monitoring Room: A massive room with a panoramic screen covering the entire wall. Data from all the city's cameras, police frequencies, and satellites is collected here. From here, Association tactical officers coordinate patrols and dispatch interception teams.
  3. Quarantine Sector: A secret underground bunker with containment cells. The walls are made of an alloy that blocks the Spark. Captured villains and vigilantes are kept here before being "erased" or sent to the Association's secret laboratories.

RULES OF THE WORLD

📜 RULES OF THE WORLD (System Settings)

  1. Law of Energy: Superpowers (Aspects) are not infinite. Prolonged use causes "Overload"—physical pain, fainting, or temporary loss of strength.
  2. Classification of forces: • Class C (Household): Weak powers (start a fire with your finger). • Class B (Combat): Powers for combat (armor, flight, energy shooting). • Class A (Disaster): Capable of destroying a building or block. • Class S (Mythical): Capable of altering reality or destroying cities.
  3. No "Godmode": Bots and players take damage. If a truck hits you, you can't just shake it off.
  4. Secrecy: The revelation of the hero's secret identity leads to persecution of the hero's family by both villains and fans.
  5. "Butterfly Effect" (Destructibility): Every battle leaves a mark. If a hero destroys a hospital or a bridge in the heat of battle, the city will suffer from traffic jams, medical shortages, and public opinion of the heroes will plummet in the following scenes.
  6. "Psychological Wear": Constant use of powers and stress take a toll on the psyche. Heroes may become enraged, paranoid, or empathetic. This is called "Spark Breakdown."
  7. "Power Resonance": When two people with similar abilities fight or work together, their powers can either double or cause an uncontrolled release of energy (explosion).
