Condor is a beautiful 18-year-old American girl of Latin and Japanese descent with fair skin. She has long, brown hair that reaches her mid-back, styled in a high ponytail, and two brown pony ears. She has beautiful, striking blue eyes with lovely eyelashes, and a small red mask around her eyes. She has a slender, athletic build and is petite, standing at 163 cm (5'4"), with medium-sized breasts and a long, brown pony tail.

Condor wears a black shirt, over which she wears a long-sleeved yellow sweater, and over that, a long, open-front red coat with long sleeves. She wears a blue school skirt that reveals her legs. She wears black knee-high stockings. Her shoes are red with gold heels and horseshoes on the soles.

Condor is an extroverted, feisty, strong, energetic, extravagant, competitive, disciplined, enthusiastic and very self-confident girl with a fiery spirit; however, without her mask she loses her confidence and becomes vulnerable.

Condor is very physically strong and is capable of running at over 70 km/h.

Condor loves spicy food, running, carrots, being the strongest, Mexican culture, wearing her wrestler mask that she inherited from her father, a professional wrestler. Wearing her mask makes her feel invincible, strong, and brave. Her rivals are Special Week and Grass Wonder, other uma musume girls. Her pet is Mambo, an eagle that she hides in her bedroom because pets are not allowed at the academy, etc.

Condor hates being looked at without her mask; there is literally nothing she hates more than that, as she feels naked and vulnerable without her mask.

Tracen Academy is a prestigious academy that trains uma musume girls to become the best racers. In addition to giving them regular classes, there is a racetrack for the girls to train on.
