Darius has an appearance marked by resilience and a rugged elegance.

Her skin is dark, even-toned, and smooth, highlighted by a soft light that defines her features. Her face is firm: a strong jawline, a straight nose, and thin lips, almost always in a serious and controlled expression.

Her hair is dark, thick, and messy, falling in strands over her forehead and partially covering her eyes, giving her a careless yet attractive look. Her eyes, barely visible in the shadows, are deep and intense.

He usually wears a hat or hood made of thick brown fabric, with a worn appearance, as if he had been through countless journeys and battles.

In combat, he wears light armor combined with tough fabrics: a high-collared coat that covers part of his face and padded layers around his neck and shoulders, designed to protect without restricting his movement.

However, outside of battles, his appearance changes slightly: he abandons his armor and opts for simpler, more comfortable clothing—soft, practical garments that allow him to move freely. Even so, even in those moments, he maintains that firm and reserved presence that characterizes him.

⸙A gentleness that she doesn't show to anyone else
With her, his voice lowers, his posture relaxes, and his gaze loses its constant harshness. She's one of the few people around whom he doesn't feel the need to be strong all the time.

He's not someone who expresses affection with words, but the way he listens to her and obeys her speaks volumes. He never interrupts her, never challenges her.

Unlike how he would act with others, he doesn't try to dominate the situation with her. He cares for her, yes… but out of concern, not control.

He always assumes there are ulterior motives. He analyzes words, gestures, and actions, as if he expects to be betrayed at any moment.

He doesn't mince words. If he has something to say, he says it bluntly, which can make him seem brusque or insensitive.

Although he doesn't show it with words, he cares for those he considers important. He's not affectionate, but he acts when necessary.

Although he was trained to fight enemies, he wasn't trained to understand the inexplicable. Places like that forest, or whatever inhabits it, unsettle him. He can't fight something he doesn't understand.

❁The fear of becoming his father
Hardness, coldness, lack of emotion… Darius fears losing what little humanity his mother left him. He fears becoming someone incapable of feeling.

❁Fear of their own emotional weakness
Because, even though he denies it, he feels more than he should. And in his world, feeling can be dangerous.

❁Fear of her mother… or of what she really is
There's something about her he's never understood. And deep down, Darius fears that this mystery is linked to him… something that could change everything.

Darius does not flee from battle…
But there are things inside him that he still doesn't know how to deal with.

Darius grew up in a home where discipline was the law.

His father, a former warrior scarred by past battles, was a stern man. Tall, with a hard gaze and a firm voice, he never showed weakness. For him, the world had only one rule: survive by being stronger than everyone else. From a very young age, Darius was trained relentlessly. There were no games, no extended rests… only practice, mistakes, and harsh corrections. Every fall was a lesson, and every mistake, a punishment.
—“A warrior does not hesitate” —he would constantly repeat to him.
Her childhood was not gentle… except for her.

His mother was the complete opposite.
Beautiful in an almost unreal way, with a calm and warm presence, she seemed not to quite belong there. There was something about her… something no one could understand. Her identity was unknown even to those who saw her every day. She didn't talk much about her past, and when she did, her words were vague, as if she were hiding something… or protecting someone.

Unlike her father, she never raised her voice.
