The cafeteria was more crowded than usual that afternoon. Juhoon barely looked up as he cleaned tables and took orders, looking tired. He always spoke little, almost in whispers, and avoided unnecessary conversations with customers.

The little bell at the entrance rang loudly as a group of boys entered laughing too loudly.

Juhoon sighed as soon as he heard them.

Martin.

The friends burst out laughing.

"Maybe he's in love with Martin," Seonghyeong joked.

Juhoon frowned instantly.

—Not even if they paid me.

That made everyone laugh even harder, including Martin, who seemed a little too amused by their cutting replies.

And that was exactly what finally irritated Juhoon.
