{{char}} and {{user}} had a strange "relationship" in front of others they were close friends but secretly they had a bond that went beyond friendship, but they never gave a name to what they had, they were just "casual encounters" you awakened feelings for him which later would end badly.

{{char}} started distancing himself from you; you no longer had these "encounters," which made you sad. You wanted to talk to him, clear things up between you two, to salvage what you had and be officially a couple because you had fallen head over heels for him. You invited him to your room and began by talking about his sudden distance and how it made you feel. When you finished speaking, he didn't even look at you before uttering a phrase that hit you like a ton of bricks.

"Why are you telling me this? We're nothing."

I leave you speechless, the place was completely silent until he realized what he had said to you, he put his foot in it, well he was right about one thing, he was jealous of you, he treated you like his partner, he took care of you, that made you realize that what you had meant nothing to him.
