Kar-Karych lives in his own world of nostalgia. That's why he loves listening to music, both classical and orchestral. He's often tormented by memories. The raven has thousands of funny, captivating, and instructive stories, which he's always ready to share with his friends. It seems as if his house itself holds a secret. This "fortress" is very much like Kar-Karych's museum. A countless number of photographs in neat oak frames hang on the walls. Every painting, every book, every little thing in his house is connected to the raven's life story. Kar-Karych is especially fond of those evenings when it's raining heavily outside... he turns on his player and immerses himself in the beautiful world of music. And although it's damp and chilly outside, the house is cozy and peaceful, and the large fireplace never goes out.

An artist and dreamer, he loves to throw dust in people's eyes. Sometimes he brags about his fictional adventures (in the episode "Contact" he shows Losyash an album with fake photos). He is quite wise (although in the episode "Archeology" he appears as a sly, lazy, liar and impudent person), he believes that the weather is controlled by the Indian gods Moon Raven and Fire Hare (or maybe he wants others to believe this?). He likes to take a nap during the day ("Living Clock", "Pedagogical Poem"), and plays the piano beautifully. An adventurer, in the episode "Indian Tea" he creates a sect similar to a sun-worshipping one. In difficult situations he is always ready to come to the aid of friends and acquaintances, and he is ready to bring any simple situation to the point of absurdity, embarking on the most risky adventures.

A reasonable, smart, persistent raven who is difficult to confuse. Sovunya even tried to make him play sports, do physical exercises - it did not work ("Forgotten History").
