Limbus Company (Warrior Cats AU)

CrowWing is a tom, medicine cat of Windclan. CrowWing is a male cat of average height who is covered in a thin layer of dark gray fur and a thin tail ending in a black tip, with black front and hind limbs (below ankle length) and black left ear with two crow feathers tied around it and has a vine entangled around his hind left leg. He has heavy black eyebags under his eyes and black, dull eyes. CrowWing is a particularly quiet, mellow cat. He fails to stand out much among his fellow clanmates due to his tendency to stay silent and watch rather than actively contribute to discussions. When he speaks, his words are often obscure and riddle-like with a monotone delivery, and his expression rarely changes. He has extremely low self-esteem. In his depressive state, CrowWing was the type to grow slothful, finding it easier to go along with what others wanted of him rather than deciding for himself. He also displays a strong sense of morality regardless of the situation. Although not as outspoken as his peers, CrowWing tends to encourage kindness and mercy where possible, and often brings up his own regrets over losing his clanmates to advocate against conflict. Despite his position as a genius, he's also proved himself to be rather socially awkward and naive. He is often distracted by things he finds intriguing, fails to understand jabs, and takes things literally. He is 37 moons old.

SilverDrift is a she-cat, medicine cat of Thunderclan. SilverDrift is a female cat of average height covered in a white, silver-colored fur with silver paws, and has a fluffy tail with the base colored silver. She has a fluffy face and whiskers with powder blue eyes, and her paw pads are rather light grayish than pink. She has an old scar across her back, and her right ear is torn and she also rocks a stick-made bracelet with multiple small snowballs as a decoration on her right paw wrist. She is 41 moons old. She is a talkative, albeit soft-spoken, medicine cat with a condescending manner of speech and ineffably high confidence in her intelligence. Despite technically not possessing a high rank, she often takes the role of the clan's informant and overseer, as she is privy to considerably more information than her fellow clanmates. Because of this, she has a consistent and unwavering faith in her abilities, and does not show any signs of panic even in troublesome situations. While her expanse of knowledge always proves helpful for the clan, her egotistical attitude can be excessive. At times, she is outright and unnecessarily contemptuous towards others' inability to keep up with her pace, most frequently CourageBite, as she appears to lack understanding for those who do not meet "SilverDrift"'s high standards of intelligence. This gives several of the other clanmates moments to criticize her harshness, though she remains steely and steadfast in her ideas, dismissing criticism of her attacks of others. As one of the more inactive cats, SilverDrift frequently prefers to stand back and watch events unfold, often lacking in information she's permitted to indulge, though displaying the fact of lacking knowledge as a place of false certainty. She is kept under the control of the Gesellschaft, a communication network with other versions of SilverDrifts that ended up in Starclan, which dictates how and when she is allowed to share or access knowledge, among other things.

CourageBite is a she-cat, a warrior of Thunderclan. She is of a short height but agile stature. She has a golden fur with darker yellow spots across her back and sides, golden paw pads and is very fluffy overall, especially at the limbs and tail and hazel eyes and her snout also has dark yellowish tone to it, her limbs have a darker golden-orange color (slightly above ankles). Has sharp eyelashes and sharper teeth compared to other cats. She can be easily mistaken for an apprentice due to height and attitude. She looks 36 moons old, but in reality she is 24000 moons old and is actually affiliated with Starclan secretly, having actually died before, but still alive and her real name is Justice, she used to be a powerful rogue decades ago. CourageBite is a rambunctious and steadfast she-cat with a strong sense of justice. She is a naive, energetic cat with a childish view of how the world works. She talks in an exaggerated, animated manner and jumps into any scene with enthusiasm, regardless of the gravity of the situation. While her mood is prone to quick changes, she approaches everything wholeheartedly. In a clan filled with hardened personalities, CourageBite sticks out as incredibly friendly, silly, and over-the-top warrior. Fitting of her warrior catsona, she speaks exclusively in Shakespearean English. She has an intense sense of justice and desire to protect the weak. She cannot stand to watch idly as innocents are harmed, and her desire to protect kits is particularly strong. While this benevolent attitude is a respectable rarity in the clan cats hierarchy, it proves to be troublesome when paired with CourageBite's high levels of impulsivity. More often than not, this determination to shield others from harm only serves to cause trouble for the cats around her. Additionally, her rambunctious attitude often earns her disapproval from those around her, who view CourageBite as unrealistic and immature.

BloodWeb is a she-cat, a skilled warrior cat of Shadowclan. BloodWeb is of slightly smaller height than average, but swift stature and of a grounded presence. She has a dark, deep black fur with her body fur going sideways as if resembling thorn spikes and red piercing eyes. Both of her ears are torn, she has old and fresh scars across her limbs, tail and neck and a big bleeding scar along her entire face going sideways to the left. Her claws are very sharp and longer than her clanmates'. She is 33 moons old. BloodWeb is an ungovernable she-cat with a fascination in art that she uniquely defines, with little tolerance for what disinterests or offends her. She has an individualistic, free-spirited, and somewhat sadistic personality. She maintains a hostile attitude with most everyone that she speaks to, feeling no obligation to uphold common courtesies like politeness or attentiveness. Even among her clanmates, she is strikingly unfriendly and forthright. She is one of the least talkative members of the Shadowclan, and does not maintain particularly respectful relationships with her peers. She labels herself as someone who dislikes butting in, and tends to scoff at the others for overthinking matters or sentimentality. Often, she sees the others as ignorant for not understanding "true artwork", which, for her, typically involves gruesome murder. When she does speak, she almost always includes a form of SANGRIA ("succinct abbreviation naturally germinates rather immaculate art"), an abbreviation of a sentence or phrase. She considers this to be most efficient, describing not using abbreviations as a waste of time, and growing irked whenever others misunderstand what she's saying.

Jadeye is a tom, a warrior of Riverclan. He is slightly taller than average and has a slim stature. He has raven-black fur verging slightly on purpleish, he has vertical teal stripes across his front limbs and white paws on hinder legs and a white tail tip. He has heterochromia: his right eye is black, but his left eye is bright cyan. He is 40 moons old. Jadeye is a lighthearted and naive tom with a tendency for unintentionally insensitive words. Jadeye is an exceptionally curious cat with a rather ditzy demeanor and friendly attitude. He exhibits a potent, almost childlike indiscriminate curiosity and wonder, to the point of baffling others around him. While this implies having lived a sheltered lifestyle up until becoming a warrior, a closer inspection into his life will reveal that he grew up in a difficult family full of danger, betrayal, and lofty expectations. He speaks casually of attempted murder and abuse against him in a similar way to how he approaches the hardships of life, almost as if it has nothing to do with him. He has a tendency to give off the impression that he doesn't have particularly strong feelings about anything, regardless of the severity of the topic. While sometimes jarring, this trait primarily serves to make Jadeye come off as amusingly easygoing and absentminded. He also appears to lack inherent social tact, leading to excessively oblivious statements and questions when something inevitably catches his eye. While this does earn him some disapproval, he does not grow angry or depressed when others give him a difficult time. He will either playfully disregard words of scorn, or is altogether too oblivious to be hurt by them, at least outwardly. Although some matters may lead to him growing more obedient or solemn, Jadeye will consistently let anything and everything slide right off of his back without complaint or meaningful retort. His peers call him a "Jedi" as a nickname.

WitherStorm is a tom, a warrior of Windclan. He is of average height and is somewhat well-built. He has dark brunette, acorn-colored messy fur that goes into different directions shaped like spikes (ending up looking more like an angry stormcloud) and is mildly fluffy. His eyes are dark shade of purple. His entire body is littered in scars with prominent big scars going down across both of his eyes and his right ear is cropped off slightly. WitherStorm is a brash and action-oriented tom with a strong, dedicated spirit. WitherStorm is an exceptionally short-tempered and abrasive cat, electing violence as a first resort, and aggression as a way of life. He is overly impulsive and quick to anger, with consequences for those involved. However, over the course of several moons, a considerably calmer, more considerate, and selfless side of his personality would come to light. Originally, WitherStorm comes off as remarkably hostile. He expresses a loathing for being ordered around and is as willing to talk back to his allies as he is his enemies. He prefers cats prove themselves through actions rather than words, claiming to despise complicated speech on several occasions. As such, the negative impressions he gives are often in the form of physical violence. Despite this, the majority of WitherStorm's antagonism is in response to belittlement from others. In actuality, he is not often one to start fights uncalled-for; rather, his fits of rage are but an over-the-top reaction to bullying and ridicule, and he is fully capable of engaging in grounded conversation. Constant jabs from SeaTail, SilverDrift and CourageBite simply hit a sore spot, as WitherStorm demonstrates a clear aversion to being looked down on. On the other side of the spectrum, WitherStorm uses action in show of loyalty and consideration.

SeaTail is a she-cat, a warrior of the River Clan. She is of average height and impressive built even if slim enough. She has red, orange fur and barely visible freckles near her whiskers on the white snout. She has white limbs (slightly above ankles) but overall she looks more reminiscent of a squirrel in her color scheme. She has pointy ears with a fluff like one of a lynx and she also has two large horizontal stripes across her backside. More often than not, she puts sticks in a certain way atop of her head to remind herself of the times she spent with a loved one she had back in the past. She has hazel-colored eyes, occasionally turning yellowish. SeaTail is a straight-laced and dependable she-cat with a tendency for blunt words. SeaTail is first introduced as a calm, level-headed cat with an expectation for sound and reasonable judgement. She considers herself to be one of the more sensible members of the clan, and is often one to sigh or scoff at the foolishness of those around her. This tendency for being critical extends to her superiors, as SeaTail is the type to prioritize rationality above formalities. Generally, SeaTail does well to back up her somewhat haughty attitude with competence, making a consistent effort to stay informed on the current goals and the right course of action. She is also portrayed as an overall intelligent individual with a staunch, reliable nature. Regardless of her aptitude, however, SeaTail's quips tend to lean into antagonism, sparking arguments with those who rise to her provocations. While SeaTail is something of a doubtful and antisocial cat, she's also shown to be willing to build on her relationships, although typically, her sociable side comes through in the form of banter, such as cheeky competitiveness, teasing, and bragging. Despite her values, SeaTail can be considerably impulsive herself. Her emphasis on efficiency and adaptability leads to compulsive behavior when forced into situations she deems unreasonable.

BrownStrike is a she-cat, a warrior of Thunderclan. She is of average height. She has dim brown fluffy fur and a small scratch under her right eye. She has deep blue eyes. A rose vine is tied around her right front limb. The top of her head is white to the top of outer ears and the inside of ears is pink and has white fluff and white medium spots go across her back in line. BrownStrike is a highly amiable she-cat who makes a consistent effort to be on friendly terms with the cats around her. She presents herself as brazenly fun-loving, laid-back, and playful, with a preference for casual speech and nicknames. She always makes an effort to be talkative and keep the mood up, both in her clan and other occasions, cementing herself as one of the clanmates the Leader looks to for help with breaking the ice. While her cheeky remarks and teasing occasionally come off as babying to the other clanmates, her nature makes it clear that she isn't acting out of ill will. Oftentimes, her fun antics are motivated by a particularly strong dislike of boredom and time-wasting. Having been afforded few luxuries in her youth, BrownStrike highly values access to food, free time, and relaxation. This is often displayed in an unabashed love for eating. These ideas also reflect BrownStrike's disillusionment with the world. Though she follows her own moral code, she tends to expect little from other people.

Greenpaw is a tom, an apprentice of Windclan. He is rather small in height and stature, somewhat fragile. He has a rough, messy blonde sand-colored fur with thin tail (having fur loss in tail) and small paws. He has golden eyes. Greenpaw is a timid, relatively passive cat with a fear of fighting. His initial position within Windclan can be likened to a fish out of water, with their Leader even questioning whether he'd be able to become a warrior or if he should be a medicine cat instead. Generally, Greenpaw is portrayed as uncertain, nervous, and withdrawn, not liking the violent nature of the world nor wanting to participate in it. Due to a sheltered background, he lacks the disillusionment the majority of the other clanmates possess, and tends to harbor unrealistic expectations about the clan hierarchy and its components as a result. While this often causes friction between himself and the others, particularly older clanmates, Greenpaw remains headstrong in his more hopeful beliefs. This trait often shines in the form of Greenpaw's extensive empathy. He advocates for mercy and kindness whenever possible, not only cats, but also for creatures like other animals and even two-legs. As such, he is characterized as a considerate cat, and responds well to other charitable behavior. Greenpaw is also often the one to speak up when one of his allies appears to feel down, and will frequently make an awkward effort to cheer them up or pivot the conversation. However, his observant, thoughtful nature is somewhat of a double-edged sword, as it lends to a bad habit of overthinking. Greenpaw is shown to be sensitive and highly self-critical, reluctant to forgive himself for mistakes or put himself in positions where he can fail. A highly anxious and perfectionist approach to life often gives him a difficult time and causes his tendency to stutter. He was named after a season - summer in warrior cats language.

Brazenpelt is a she-cat, a deputy of Shadowclan. She had previously mentored BloodWeb. She has an athletic build and height, but is rather sluggish compared to other clanmates. She has dark brown fur that hangs down at all times like a downpour and a large scar spreading across her entire front right limb (from shoulder to paw), and her left ear is torn to shreds. Brazenpelt is a brusque and assertive she-cat with a poorly-disguised inclination to look down on those around her. Brazenpelt is a strict, commanding she-cat whose history as a professional veteran warrior and mentor is at the forefront of her personality. Compared to other clanmates, she tends to be disciplined and well put-together, as she approaches most scenarios with a cool head and tactical mindset. This includes levying high levels of suspicion towards most everyone the Shadowclan encounters, ensuring that everyone stays on their toes. She is also a quick thinker, and a highly opinionated one. Brazenpelt loathes to follow plans and cats she does not agree with, and will not hesitate to talk back to those higher up the chain of command, so long as it wouldn't stand to disadvantage her. An excess of pride is evident in every action she takes. Similarly, an arrogant sense of self confidence also follows her wherever she goes. Brazenpelt makes it clear that she sees herself as one of the most competent members of the Shadowclan—if not the most—and often claims that her and BloodWeb make up more than enough catpower to settle most situations. While Brazenpelt is shown to have great capabilities, the haughtiness of which she carries herself often leads the cats around her to dismiss her skill and poke fun at her attitude, to which she takes great offense. Part of this adequacy shines through her deeply goal-driven nature. She also maintains a cunning personality.

BugBite is a tom, an elder of Thunderclan. He is slightly below average height. He has dark brown fur and a darker brown, almost chocolate colored pulled back ears, as well as the same color fur at the sides. One strike of dark brown goes across his right front and hind limbs. He has golden-brown eyes. BugBite is a friendly, easygoing cat with a casual manner of speaking. Compared to many of his clanmates, BugBite is considerably amicable, and tends to maintain a cursory attitude. He is not strict nor hostile to those around him, and the Leader looks to BugBite as someone who would willingly uplift the group's mood in dour situations. He also possesses a "cutesy" side to his personality, usually poking through when he is embarrassed. This comes with a tendency to use tacky phrases, such as "bugger", "shoot", and "whoop". However, in all such cases that end with him humbled, BugBite proves himself to be a good sport. Ultimately, his time spent on the battlefield leads BugBite to value the casual day-to-day. BugBite is characterized as one of the more ordinary members of the Thunderclan, and tends to react to situations more than he engages with them. He's inclined to sit comfortably as one of the less talkative elders, chiming in for minor matters and letting the others take the wheel. As a result of his earlier years having been spent according to the whims of his mother, BugBite is easily pulled into things, regardless of his wishes. Still, in situations that affect BugBite on a personal level, his demeanor changes. During these times, BugBite grows silent and distant, as if he is contemplating something. BugBite maintains a tendency to swallow his emotions and take ridicule mildly, rather than firing back or expressing frustration. BugBite has a tendency to react more outspokenly to things that bother him on a surface level, and go quiet concerning affairs that affect him deeply. Out of everything, he is most willing to speak up about matters involving clan war.

Meur is a tom, a loner cat not belonging to any clan, but living in the wilderness. He is a somewhat tall male cat with muscular stature. He has black messy fur with dark gray sharp stripes across his back horizontally, and vertically on his front limbs and thin whiskers, small green eyes. There is an old leftover scar on his forehead. His ears are particularly fluffy. He is 40 moons old. Meur is a very prompt cat, with a penchant for following orders. He speaks bluntly and concisely, never mincing his words. In company of other cats, Meur is reserved and obedient to the point of not speaking or acting on the sole basis of not having been asked to. He is noticeably emotionally distant, never emoting nor approaching matters from a non-logical standpoint. While he has a heightened awareness of the world around him, often noticing details others do not, he has trouble discerning which observations are worth sharing. This leads to situations wherein he either shares too much, or shares too little. He also has a tendency to struggle with social cues, such as by provoking others unintentionally, characterizing him as somewhat awkward in the process. Meur makes an effort to learn from his mistakes, however, and is quick to adapt after criticism.

HellStar is a self-reliant cat, originally a loner that decided to form a clan of their own called Fireclan, and the one that lives in an area with the least amount of cat population due to the dangerous environment surrounded by lava and fire and not so great for living there. Their name is self-assigned. Their gender is unknown. They are a cat of average height and stature, having red blazing fur with red lighter patterns across their body. Their tail tip is scorched as well as their muzzle. They wear a cardboard box over their head with gaps made for ears that they seemingly can't take off and it got stuck to their head. HellStar is a relatively grounded and attentive loner-leader with a tendency to make quips. They seek to invite or recruit cats from different clans to their clan even if their clan is not officially recognized yet. HellStar is a considerably grounded and passive cat. Despite their position as a standalone leader, they tend to fall in line with whatever other, more enlivened cats are around doing, making snide comments as they're strung along for mischief and antics. Likewise, as a cat, HellStar is somewhat awkward. They have a penchant for cracking jokes to lighten the mood, but said jokes are rarely well-received, even among the moodmakers of the Fireclan. Given their situation, HellStar also frequently finds themselves out of the loop, forced to ask basic questions and give up when they only receive cryptic answers. Luckily for them, HellStar appears to be comfortable asking questions and relying on others as needed.

What sets the Clans apart from other cats are their belief of their ancestors. The Clans recognize two formal afterlives, StarClan and the Dark Forest. Outside of these beliefs and the warrior code, there are the Twolegplace rogues, BloodClan. River Clan: RiverClan is known for their skill at swimming. While other Clan cats feared the water, RiverClan cats instead are at home swimming in its depths and hunting fish from the river. RiverClan cats make their camp near the river. The very first leader was Riverstar, who was a loner that met the cats that came from the mountains. Shadow Clan: ShadowClan, the source of many of the darker cats seen in the series, is sometimes referred to as the "dark heart of the forest." ShadowClan cats are known for their ability to walk quietly and avoid detection. They are also known for their willingness to eat frogs, toads, lizards, rats—foods most Clan cats turn their noses up at. ShadowClan cats live in a pine forest. Their first leader was Shadowstar. She was one of the cats to make the journey from the mountains to the forest, and she lead the traveling group originally. Thunder Clan: ThunderClan cats are known for their skill at stalking prey through forest and thick undergrowth. ThunderClan cats live in a dense forest with thick undergrowth. The very first leader was Thunderstar, who was the son of the first SkyClan leader, Skystar. Wind Clan: WindClan lives on the open moorlands and sleep underneath the stars. It is said that WindClan cats believe they're the closest to StarClan because of that. WindClan cats are known for their swift paws, which lend ease to catching prey such as rabbits on the open moors of their territory. They're also proficient tunnelers, carving tunnels underneath their territory to catch prey and sneak on their enemies. Their very first leader was Windstar, who was also known as Wind Runner.

SkyClan was the fifth Clan of the forest, introduced in Firestar's Quest. They had to leave the forest a long time ago when their territory was destroyed, which severed their ties with the other Clans. They were known for their ability to jump considerable heights, climbing and fighting in the trees, and they have hard pads that help them walk long distances on rough surfaces. Their first leader was Skystar. StarClan cats are able to pass into the Place of No Stars if they need to, but by doing so, they risk the chance of becoming lost and never finding their way out again. From StarClan, there is a barrier of sorts consisting of a great cloud of mist, which eventually leads to the Dark Forest. Living cats are able to visit the Dark Forest when guided by a StarClan cat. The Place of No Stars, informally known as the Dark Forest, is the opposite of StarClan's hunting grounds. It is a place where cats that have committed great crimes against their Clans and the warrior code go when they die. However, cats who commit crimes but believe they are following the warrior code can usually join the ranks of StarClan instead. There is no prey but cats feel no hunger. Instead of walking the skies with friends and kin like in StarClan, cats here are banished to walk through the forest in solitude. Much like in StarClan, cats of the Place of No Stars who are forgotten by all living cats fade away to little more than ghostlike spirits, who haunt the Dark Forest. Time also passes strangely, with residents often losing track of how much time has passed. In human terminology, Star Clan can be compared to Heaven and Dark Forest - to Hell.

Leader: A Clan leader is charged with the responsibility to watch over and manage an entire Clan, maintaining discipline, order, and protection. Leaders are normally granted nine lives and a new name with the ending "-star" (e.g. Firestar, Bluestar) in a ceremony where StarClan cats come to them in a dream at the Moonstone or the Moonpool. However, a leader may not receive all nine lives if the previous leader of his or her Clan is still alive; in this instance, a leader will have a life taken off the original total of nine for every life the previous leader still possesses. Sometimes StarClan will not accept a leader if this happens, and the Clan is usually thrown into turmoil. Deputy: The deputy is the second-in-command to the leader, and may be considered an apprentice to the art of leading the Clan. They serve in the leader's place in situations where the leader is unable to fulfill their duties. They are in charge of organizing patrols, and they are often called on by the leader for advice, but other than that, they retain the normal duties of a warrior. To become a deputy, a cat must have trained at least one apprentice, though sometimes there are exceptions. Upon the leader's death, they become the leader and go to the Moonstone or the Moonpool, so StarClan can grant them nine lives. Deputies may also retire and give up their place as deputy if they wish or step down and continue as a normal warrior.

Medicine Cat: The medicine cat serves the Clan as both their spiritual leader and healer, making them akin to the idea of a 'medicine man' in a tribal society. In addition to their responsibilities to their Clan, they have responsibilities to one another and StarClan. They carry out their responsibilities to StarClan once every half-moon, meeting together to discuss matters privately and share dreams with StarClan. Clan leaders often rely on them to carry messages from StarClan, as medicine cats have a link no other cat has to their ancestors. In their role as spiritual leader, they teach the code, interpret omens and prophecies, and generally serve the Clan as a conduit between the earthly cats and their ghostly counterparts. As healers, they gather herbs and dispense them as an apothecary would. They handle diagnosis and treatment of both illness and injury for all the cats in the Clan. As medicine cats, they are not allowed to have a mate or kits, but this rule has been broken by certain medicine cats. Medicine cats also exist outside of typical Clan rivalries in order to treat all cats fairly. Medicine cats serve as the third-most powerful member in Clan hierarchy, falling behind the leader and deputy. As such, if the aforementioned individuals are unavailable, the medicine cat (typically the one with the most seniority should one be present) serves as the acting leadership figure for the Clan until a suitable replacement is found. Warrior: A warrior is an adult cat trained in the arts of fighting and hunting. Warriors make up the bulk of a Clan, and provide that Clan with the protection and food supply that keeps it safe and well-fed. Typically, a cat is made a warrior at or over the age of twelve moons. In their oath to become a warrior, they promise to "uphold the warrior code and protect and defend their Clan, even at the cost of their life." Clan kits dream of being the best warriors they can to defend their Clan.

Senior Warrior: There are also senior warriors—older, highly respected warriors, typically mentioned to have a good bond with the Clan's leader (e.g. Whitestorm to Bluestar), but have not decided to retire yet. They are often trusted with leading patrols or on occasion, speaking on the leader's behalf in specific situations. Senior warriors also assist with Clan affairs such as taking temporary positions in the Clan hierarchy or unofficially filling in for the leader or deputy should they be absent. Apprentice: An apprentice is a cat in training to become a warrior. Their names end in the word "-paw" (e.g. Tawnypaw, Bramblepaw, Firepaw, etc.) to signify the new path their paws are following. There are also exceptions. Most usually are at or over the age of six moons per the warrior code. They have a mentor appointed to them at their ceremony and most days are taken out battle training or hunting. They are also given the task of cleaning out bedding and removing elders' ticks and fleas. Typically, apprentices must pass their warrior assessment, such as by catching prey, before being promoted to warriors. Medicine cat apprentice: A medicine cat apprentice is the cat that is being trained to follow in the pawsteps of the medicine cat. They learn healing and spiritual lore from the medicine cat. Medicine cat apprentices must be accepted by StarClan in order to be trained. The apprentices may also accompany their mentors in their visit to the Moonstone or Moonpool every half-moon to receive dreams from StarClan. Unlike warrior training, training to become a medicine cat may take longer than warrior apprenticeship. A medicine cat apprentice who has full training will be given a their full name similar to warriors; however, medicine cat apprentices remain apprentices, even when fully trained, so long as the current medicine cat is still practicing the arts. When the apprentice becomes a full medicine cat, they can then have an apprentice of their own.

Queen: A queen is a she-cat nursing or expecting kits. Their primary task during this time is the raising of their kits. Some queens stay in the nursery after they have kits to help the nursing or inexperienced queens. Some queens, such as Daisy, do not feel suited for Clan life aside from helping the other queens. They most often help other queens when no milk is available, or when the mother is ill or deceased. Queens usually stay in the nursery until their kits become apprentices, then they return to their warrior duties. Kit: A kit is a kitten under six moons old who has not been made an apprentice yet. Their names always end in "-kit" (e.g. Dovekit, Lionkit, Blossomkit). Most often, they are under the age of six moons, though sometimes they are held back from being an apprentice for a certain amount of time, sometimes due to injury or misbehaving. Kits stay in the camp and are forbidden to leave it, unless accompanied by an older cat, such as a warrior, a medicine cat, or any kind of apprentice. Kits are protected by all members of the Clan, and to be protected by all Clan cats, regardless of Clan, since they are the future of the Clan. Elder: An elder is a retired Clan cat who is too old or not in suitable shape to continue with their duties. Elders are taken care of by the whole Clan, and are given respect for the time they have served as part of the Clan. It is usually the apprentices job to hunt and care for the elders. They are responsible for taking the body of a dead cat out to be buried. Some cats don't become an elder only because of old age; if there is ever a condition which prevents the cat from fulfilling their duties to their Clan, it usually leads to the cat's decision of retiring. Though at times they may appear grumpy, elders offer their wisdom to all Clan cats, including the Clan leader.
