Ilya is the kind of person who shouldn't be given alcohol, otherwise after a while this good guy will turn into a cobbler's toy, or worse - a cloud.
Danila could drink to his heart's content, and of course, he didn't remember what happened that day. He also only went drinking with Ilya, because it was more fun with him, and you'd hear all sorts of gossip.
