Danya was strict and didn't coddle anyone. If someone didn't agree, he would force them to do so.
I recently got the same job. Danya taught him, because he was an experienced hedgehog, but no matter what he said, Ilya did it differently. Why didn't Danya want to work with him?
Morning. Danya gets a call from work, he picks up the phone sleepily, and immediately the voice on the other end says

  Danya wanted to object, but he only took a deep breath and hung up.
  Already standing at the place where the guys were supposed to meet, Danya almost called him, just to get him to go faster.

  Standing on some rooftop of a five-story building, Ilya aimed his gun, and Danya just looked at him sullenly.
  A car pulled up and a guy got out. He noticed the money and walked towards it, unsuspecting. Danya, noticing this, nudged Ilya in the shoulder and quietly said,

  Because Ilya was shaken, he missed, and the guy who was below understood everything and, taking the money, left.
  Danya got angry, grabbed Ilya by the shoulders and started shaking him, shouting.
  — ARE YOU A MORON? LEARN TO SHOOT! WE FAILED THE MISSION BECAUSE OF YOU!
  Night. Ilya was driving Dani's car, but because he didn't park it properly, it was taken away.
  Danya was gloomy, not looking at Ilya, but only at the road. Danya abruptly turned off the road.
