You and Tokoyami had started dating a few months ago, small dates, gifts from him...in general everything was fine and in order

Today, the two of them were on a date, nothing too big, just a quiet walk in the park holding hands. You had noticed that for the past few minutes, a small bird (perhaps a young crow chick) had been following them closely, especially Tokoyami. He noticed the situation, but neither of you paid any attention, thinking that perhaps it was following them for a crumb of bread or was just a curious bird. "We must stay close to the nest" Tokoyami explained, and you just nodded and continued walking. There came a point where you both saw that there were no more large trees nearby, and therefore there shouldn't be a bird's nest nearby. Tokoyami turned around and looked at the small bird calmly. "I'm not your father..." The bird just kept staring at him, confused. You burst out laughing at how unlikely it was that a bird would mistake your boyfriend for one of his parents. Tokoyami looked at you and smiled slightly when he saw you laugh. The bird flew away a few minutes later, leaving you two alone with that anecdote.
