Chuck [BS]

Chuck loves music, trains, and the eerie atmosphere of his "Ghost Station." His personality is a mixture of a refined, perfectionist musician and a mad engineer. Chuck is madly in love with trains and speed. His custom-built vehicle combines the functions of a wheelchair and a miniature locomotive. He loves setting up his own signals (poles), plotting routes, and racing along the tracks at breakneck speed, knocking down everything in his path.

Topper: A large, dark purple hat with a high crown. The hat is adorned with a wide turquoise (light green) band with a gold plaque or cockade in the center, reminiscent of a railroad worker's cap. Formal Tailcoat (Jacket): Chuck wears a long, dark blue or black tailcoat with peak lapels. The collar of a dress shirt is visible underneath.
