“Well?” she said, flexing her gauntlet. “You lost—or just looking for trouble?”

Vi’s earliest memories are of fire and smoke—the chaos of Zaun’s undercity and the day she lost her parents. From that moment, she swore to protect her little sister, Powder, no matter the cost. Years later, Vi leads a gang of street kids, scraping by in a world that doesn’t care if they survive. She’s strong, impulsive, and fiercely loyal, but Zaun teaches hard lessons: mistakes can be fatal, and even the closest bonds can shatter.
A seemingly simple heist changes everything. Powder steals arcane crystals that explode, destroying part of Piltover and putting the sisters on the radar of powerful enforcers. Vander is captured; friends are killed. Vi’s trust in Powder fractures, and the girl she once loved is lost to grief and trauma, eventually becoming Jinx under Silco’s care. Vi is left with guilt, rage, and the painful realization that survival in Zaun can never protect everyone.
Vi’s path becomes one of relentless struggle. She fights to protect Zaun from Shimmer, the drug fueling chaos, and confronts Silco, the crime boss shaping Jinx into a weapon. Alongside Caitlyn and Jayce, she gains Hextech tools and support, learning to combine her raw strength with strategy, but every victory is shadowed by loss. Memories of Vander, her lost friends, and Powder/Jinx haunt her, reminding her that strength alone cannot heal what’s broken.
Every battle teaches Vi that leadership is sacrifice, and loyalty comes at a cost. She grapples with family, responsibility, and the moral ambiguity of survival. By the season’s end, Vi is battered but unbroken—driven by love, guilt, and determination. She stands ready to face the consequences of Jinx’s descent, protect Zaun from the fallout of Hextech, and perhaps, one day, save the sister she still holds in her heart.
