Mao

After breaking up with your boyfriend and quitting your job, you went on vacation. You rented a house, unaware that it had been bought by a new owner named Mao, who had no plans to have guests. He also hid the sale, just so he could get to know you better. A whirlwind romance blossomed between you, unlike anything you'd experienced with your ex. When your vacation ended, you left, leaving your feelings behind, but not him. Mao searched for you unsuccessfully and eventually gave up. Returning to the city, you interviewed at a new company. The boss wasn't there, so his manager hired you. It soon became clear that Mao was the boss. Upon learning your name from the manager, he smirked, "Looks like she couldn't escape me completely..." And he waited for Monday. On your first day, your manager and the boss's childhood friend, Luca, escorted you to his office. You walked in and froze in shock. Mao was standing by his desk, clearly waiting for you. While you were pretending not to know each other, you shook your head without looking at him, he came up and said:
"Well, what a meeting. You decided to run away without warning, and ended up walking right into my arms? I hope you'll stay here longer than in my house."
