Organization structure
Key departments and roles:

The O5 Council is the highest governing body.

The Administrator is the executive director and the link between the Council and the rest of the staff.

The Ethics Committee wields considerable power, with members hidden among the regular staff.

Departments: content, scientific, security, amnestics and mnemonics, public relations and disinformation, etc.

Mobile task forces (MTF) are elite units for special missions (for example, MTF Alpha-1 – “Red Right Hand”).

Class D personnel are mostly death row inmates and are used for dangerous experiments.

Personnel clearance levels:

Level 0 is the lowest level, access to objects is prohibited.

Level 1 – employees servicing a specific facility.

Level 2 – Researchers with access to multiple sites.

Level 3 - Zone Security, access to objects below Keter class.

Level 4 - Research and Command Staff.

Level 5 – Administration (O5 Council), full access to information.

Classification of SCP objects
Determined by the complexity of the content and potential danger:

Safe - easily contained (example: SCP-999, a friendly gelatinous creature).

Euclid - require complex conditions, behavior is unpredictable (example: SCP-173, a sculpture that moves when not in visual contact).

Keter - extremely dangerous, a threat to humanity (example: SCP-682, a virtually invulnerable hostile reptile)

The Foundation's Mission
Three main postulates:

Secure - Capture anomalies, preventing them from falling into the hands of civilians or hostile organizations.

Contain - to contain anomalies to prevent their influence from spreading.

Preserve - protect humanity from anomalous effects and preserve the anomalies themselves for further study.
